Nobu - Experience the new trend in Japanese cuisine at the newest outpost of the acclaimed Nobu restaurant by celebrated Japanese Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Carmine's - Enjoy the lively atmosphere and family-style dining experience of this famous New York landmark. Sumptuous platters of classic Italian recipes such as chicken scarpariello, shrimp scampi, fried calamari and veal saltimbocca are served in abundant portions to share with family and friends. Johnny Rockets - Family-friendly Johnny Rockets is a fun 1950’s style diner where tabletop Jukeboxes belt out tunes for a nickel. Enjoy great tasting, all-American favorites including juicy hamburgers and chili dogs, chicken salads, shakes, malts and freshly baked apple pie.

New Habitats & Water Feautures

The unprecedented 63-acre waterscape, AQUAVENTURE, is the centerpiece of  Atlantis' recent billion-dollar development. This addition positions Atlantis as the largest water-themed attraction in the world, containing over twenty million gallons of water. This non-stop water experience, consists of thrilling new water slides, a mile-long river ride with high intensity rapids and wave surges, and never-before-seen special effects that add an extreme level of excitement to the overall experience, delivering a sensory journey unlike any other.

AQUAVENTURE adds first-of-its-kind special effects and technology to its water slides and river rides, bringing them together in a lush environment that is both immersive and interconnected. Once guests are situated in their inner tubes, they are propelled along by water escalators, waves, water surges and master blaster technology. Unlike traditional water slides that require the participant to leave the water and climb back to the start, at AQUAVENTURE guests never have to leave the water as they are propelled back up the slide tower via water conveyors.

Dolphin Cay - Interact with charismatic dolphins for memories that will never fade at the unparalleled Dolphin Cay. This new habitat at Atlantis is among the world’s largest, containing nearly seven million gallons of sea water within three lagoons surrounded by a white sand beach.

The shallow-water dolphin interaction is fun for all ages, and young children can participate while being held by a parent in waist-deep water. During the 30-minute interaction, guests in groups of up to 10 people will touch a dolphin, learn about its physiology up close and engage in memorable experiences.

The overall program at Dolphin Cay lasts between 90-120 minutes, including time to check-in, shower and change into a wetsuit, receive an informative orientation from the marine mammal specialists, and enjoy lounging on our beach and complimentary soft drinks. The Launch of Aura Nightclub

Nightlife Innovators Pure Management Group opened "Aura" at Atlantis in April 2007. This is the latest club from the owners of celebrity hotspot  "Pure" & the "Pussycat Dolls Lounge" at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.
