The World National Oil Companies Congress 2009 is the world’s most significant forum on National Oil Companies. It is specifically devoted to NOCs and the issues and challenges they and their partners face. Building on the enormous success of the 2008 event, the congress will feature some of the biggest names in the industry.

2008 highlights included
Leading figures of the industry will converged to discuss and debate the critical challenges that national oil companies face. What is the right balance between commercial and national interests?
