 Mr Joshua R. Kalinoe,
Executive Director & CEO Petromin Joshua Kalinoe, CSM, CBE, was appointed Executive Director of Petromin in April 2007. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Bond University, Queensland, Australia. He is also a graduate in Economics from University of PNG.
Mr. Kalinoe is currently a member of the Air Niugini Board and was a member of a number of Boards in both the public and private sectors, including that of Ramu Sugar Limited, Hargy Oil Palm Limited, Bank of PNG and the Investment Promotion Authority.
Mr Kalinoe was appointed as Executive Director of Petromin in April 2007.
Until recently Mr Kalinoe was a senior public servant holding the position of Chief Secretary to Government and Secretary, Department of Prime Minister and National Executive Council. Mr Kalinoe has valuable managerial experience from both the public and private sectors. He has held senior managerial line positions in both the public and private sectors, including General Manager, Corporate and Government Affairs, PNG Halla Cement Limited and Company Secretary, Stettin Bay Lumber Company Limited.
