She has also helped Thailand Securities Institute (TSI), Education Center of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) as a Derivatives Trainer to train marketing officers (of Brokers & Asset Management & Bank) and investors. Naruemol holds a B.A. degree in Accountancy & Commerce from Thammasat University and received her MBA in Finance from Murray State University, Kentucky / USA.

Deborah Fuhr is the Global Head of ETF Research and Implementation Strategy and a Managing Director at Barclays Global Investors. Under Ms Fuhr’s guidance, BGI’s ETF Research and Implementation Strategy team is responsible for advising clients on the implementation of asset allocation strategies using ETFs, producing analysis and guidebooks on the global ETF industry. In addition, the team will provide comprehensive research reports to BGI’s wide range of institutional and intermediary-based clients concerning developing asset allocation strategies using ETFs. Ms Fuhr is based in BGI’s London office. However, she spends a significant portion of her time working with BGI’s extensive client base in Europe and North America, as well as in BGI’s rapidly developing markets such as Australasia, Latin America and the Middle East. Prior to joining BGI in September 2008 Ms Fuhr she spent the past 11 years working at Morgan Stanley. She was a Managing Director and head of the Investment Strategies Group at Morgan Stanley based in London. The unit advised institutional investors globally and wrote on the implementation and strategy on the use of Delta products - including Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) on equity, fixed income and commodity indices globally, OPALS (Optimised Portfolios As Listed Securities), certificates, swaps, futures, out-performance trades, securities lending and yield enhancement trades. The group published four comprehensive quarterly reports: 1) ETF Global Industry Review, 2) ETF short interest, 3) ETF options and futures and 4) ETF Global Tracking Monitor and advised clients on the implementation of asset allocation with Delta 1 products.. For the past four years, the group has been ranked first for Exchange Traded Fund Research by investors in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas in a global survey conducted by ExchangeTradedFunds.com. For the past three years, Deborah has in the same survey won the award for the Greatest Overall Contribution to the development of the Global ETF industry. In 2007 and 2008, Ms Fuhr was named as one of the Top 100 women in Finance, a distinguished list of the most influential women in European Finance, by Financial News. She is on the International Advisory Committee (IAC) Egyptian Stock Exchange and on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Indexes. She has an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut.

Rosa Anna Grimaldi leads worldwide the business development team for the globally integrated index families of STOXX Ltd. and Dow Jones Indexes. She is based in Paris and in charge of France, Italy, Belgium, Greece, Turkey and Africa. In her function she represents STOXX Ltd. and Dow Jones Indexes and is responsible for the sale of licenses to financial institutions to issue related indexing products. Rosa Anna Grimaldi actively supports the licensees' efforts to bring the indices and index products closer to their institutional and retail investors. She develops and maintains relationships with the key clients in her markets in order to raise the profile of STOXX Ltd. and Dow Jones Indexes. Before joining STOXX Ltd. and Dow Jones Indexes in January 2001, Rosa Anna Grimaldi gained wide experience through her work as a trader for various Italian banks. She is also a researcher and a member of the board of examiners for the chair of Modern and Contemporary History of America at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bari, and a lecturer in the field of “Finance and Economic Development”. Rosa Anna Grimaldi graduated in political science, specialising in international law and economics. She holds an M.A. in European Science, Society and Technology from Roskilde University in Copenhagen.

Kevin Hardy is a Senior Vice President at The Northern Trust Company, he is the Head of Northern Trust Global Investments for the Asia-Pacific Region, responsible for Northern Trust's asset management business in Asia Pacific. Kevin assumed his APAC responsibilities in 2008 and directs the implementation of the NTGI business strategy in the region and runs the Northern Trust office in Hong Kong. Having joined NTGI in 2003 Kevin has held positions as the Head of the Global Transition Management business, based in Chicago and, prior to this role he was Head of International New Business (EMEA and APAC), based in London. In both roles Kevin was instrumental in enhancing both product awareness and the distribution strategy through revising internal processes and improving internal and external marketing and communications. Kevin has worked in the industry since 1993 and has gained valuable investment management experience in transition management, risk, quantitative asset management and structured products. He also holds series 7, 24 and 63 US securities licenses, and is an active member of the FTSE index advisory committee. Kevin gained a BSc with honours in business studies from the City University Business School, London.

Joseph Ho is Managing Director, Head of Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) Sales and Marketing based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for expanding the bank’s ETF business marketed under the brand name of its subsidiary, Lyxor Asset Management, across the Asia-Pacific region including opening up new markets and developing new products. Joseph has held various positions in the asset management industry within the region including Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He started his career as a portfolio manager and subsequently joined Barclays Global Investors (BGI) as Regional Director for North East Asia. Before joining Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, Joseph was Head of BGI’s iShares ETF business in Asia ex-Japan.

Kevan expanded his career portfolio when he joined GNI as a senior manager, institutional sales principally for energy and financial futures, progressing onto the position of associate director. With a solid decade of experience with GNI, he moved to Asia in 1999. Zainal Izlan is the Chief Executive Officer / Director of i-VCAP Management Sdn. Bhd., a fund management firm based in Malaysia. He joined i-VCAP in December 2007. Izlan has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, most of it in fund management. He began his career with Citibank Berhad in Malaysia in 1990, before joining MIDF Amanah Asset Management Berhad (MIDF Asset) in 1993, which was then known as Seacorp-Schroder Capital Management Berhad, a joint venture between Seacorp of Malaysia and Schroders of UK. He was seconded to Schroder Investment Management Limited, London for two years and was part of the team responsible for equity investments in Asia Pacific markets. K.Sree Kumar, a Commerce graduate started his career as a money broker in 1980 at KAF-Astley & Pearce, an international moneybroking company dealing in interbank foreign exchange, fixed income and money market. In 1995 he set up KAF-Refco Futures to trade exchange traded derivatives (financial and commodity) products upon returning from Chicago where he furthered his studies on derivatives and passed the United States Series 3 Examination. K. Sree Kumar was the President of the Malaysian Futures Brokers Association between 1997 and 2001 during which times he also was appointed to the Boards of Kuala Lumpur Options & Financial Futures Exchange and Malaysia Derivatives Clearing House. In the course of his tenure, he had presented numerous papers on derivatives within Malaysia and abroad namely, Mumbai, Singapore and Jakarta. In 2001, Sree joined the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange (MDEX) Berhad, a subsidiary company of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE), in the Strategic Planning & Product Development Division. Sree engineered the launch of the first bond futures contract in Malaysia and created several other new derivative contracts listed on MDEX. Upon demutualisation of the KLSE (now Bursa Malaysia Berhad), Sree was promoted as the Head of Market and Product Development in the Exchange Business Unit, which emphasize the development of securities, derivatives and bond market. He was entrusted to develop the electronic trading platform for bonds which was launched successfully in March 2008. Thorsten joined Deutsche Bank’s equity derivatives team in 2000.He became the spokesperson in 2001 sharing comments on behalf of the Bank on warrants and certificates investments. In 2004, Thorsten moved to Asia and led the warrants and certificates business for Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong and Singapore. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Thorsten served a bank in Switzerland in various roles including trader for foreign exchange warrants and marketing head of warrants and certificates. Reid Steadman, who is based in London, is responsible for licensing Standard & Poor’s indices to key partners in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. for the creation of exchange traded funds (ETFs). Prior to his current position, Reid was a member of S&P Index Services’ marketing team and was responsible for cultivating relationships with pension fund administrators, pension consultants, and asset managers. Before joining Standard & Poor’s in 2003, Reid worked as an economist for the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics. Reid holds a Bachelors of Arts in economics from Brigham Young University. He also holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, with emphases in finance and marketing. Reid was raised in Alaska, speaks Russian, and enjoys travelling with his wife and two boys.

Randolf Tantzscher is head of Asian indices at Markit. He joined the company in 2008 to drive the expansion of Markit’s indices in Asia. Randolf is a graduate in finance from Passau University in Germany.

Since jointed Polaris International Securities Investment Trust at year 2006, and in the 3 years with the company, he is responsible for the strategic business development for Polaris Investment Trust with major international financial institutions around the globe, and as well as in charges of promotions of Polaris P-shares ETFs Series to the international investors, Mr. Rudi Tung has over 18 years experiences in Financial Services, and has working experiences with major investment banks and financial institutions.

Mina W. Wang is currently Vice President of Corporate Planning & Communications at the Taiwan Stock Exchange, responsible for product development and strategic planning. She joined the exchange in 1987 as Section Chief of the Research Department, and was subsequently promoted to the following positions: Deputy Manager of the Public Relations Office, Manager of International Affairs and Senior Manager of the Trading Department. Mina has participated in various working groups within the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE), and has also organized many international securities conferences held in Taipei. She has managed the TWSE’s margin transaction and foreign investment programs. Mina has also conducted special projects on warrant trading schemes, and the exchange’s small-lot government bonds trading system. She initiated collaboration with FTSE to create the 1st tradable index in Taiwan. Over the past several years, Mina has set up the TWSE’s ETF infrastructure and coordinated the development of every key Taiwan ETF product. Currently, she is working with several other Asian stock exchanges to establish cross-listed ETFs. Mina holds an MBA degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, U.S.A.

Dr Geoffrey Williams is a founder and Managing Director of OWW Consulting in Malaysia and Singapore. He has designed and directed numerous research projects for the UK Government (DTI), European Commission (DG-Research), the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the European Standards Agency (CEN), among others. He has also worked with private companies and charities including PA Consulting Group, leading UK law firm Allen & Overy, and the Wellcome Trust UK. He is a member of the EU Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUMCCI) CSR Committee. His recent CSR consultancy work has assisted major industrial conglomerates on CSR management, reporting and sustainability management in the hotels and resorts industry, the palm oil sector, the forestry industry, the construction industry, the automotive sector and the banking and financing business. Geoffrey has held academic positions at London Business School, Pembroke College University of Oxford and elsewhere. He has published extensively in leading academic journals worldwide. He is an Associate Member of the Centre for Business, Organisations and Society, School of Management, University of Bath, United Kingdom and was elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) in 2004. Prior to joining Russell, Xin worked as a senior market risk analyst at Washington Mutual, where she led various quantitative projects for complex financial instrument pricing and provided professional advice to the corporate enterprise risk committee. Jooyoung Yun is the head of index management team for Woori Credit Suisse Asset Management Company which is the member of Woori Financial Group in Korea and Joint Venture with Credit Suisse. Mr. Yun is responsible for both managing all index funds including ETFs and overseeing index fund strategies. The funds managed by his team include equity index funds , broad market, sector and style ETFs(Brand Name is KOSEF), quantitatively managed futures funds, commodity index funds, and global REITs index funds. Mr. Yun joined the Woori Credit Suisse in 2005 and played key role in the deployment and development of the index products business. Previously, Mr. Yun was a head of quantitative strategies team and managed various index funds and quantitative funds for Yurie Asset Management.. Mr. Yun is the Ph.D. Candidate and MBA in Financial Engineering from KAIST(Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) and received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He also became a CFA charter holder in September 2002.
