» Request for Letter of Introduction*
*Contact Wendy Tay ( wendy.tay@terrapinn.com) with subject: Request for Letter of Introduction, and provide your full name (as in passport), passport/travel document number, date of birth, nationality, date of issue, date of expiry. We will also require you to fax a photocopy of your passport and your registration confirmation to fax number: +65 6226 3264, addressed to Cards Asia 2008 Organiser. We will send the original copy by mail to you.
