 Prof Tanya Castleman,
Head of School Deakin Business School, Australia Tanya Castleman is Head of the Deakin Business School (DBS) in Melbourne. The DBS offers a range of on and off-campus postgraduate business awards, including the MBA which was a pioneer in off-campus MBA programs worldwide. The Deakin MBA program is rated 5-star by the Good Universities Guide 2010. It has a large number of students studying the program off-campus, many who are living outside Australia. The DBS specialises the development of cutting edge pedagogies and technologies to support its teaching and learning activities for both on and off campus students.
Tanya holds a Chair in Information Systems and her research interests include knowledge sharing and networking using ICT as well as professional career development over the life-course.
