Michael Braude is currently General Manager of Treasury, Risk & Insurance at Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA). CCA ia an ASX top 50 company, with sales revenue in excess of A$4 billion, and a market capitalisation in excess of A$6 billion. Michael has over 25 years experience in finance, treasury and corporate managerial roles across Woolworths, Burns Philp and CCA. In his current role, Michael has responsibility for CCA's Treasury function. This includes all financial risk and cost of goods sold management, funding, Treasury compliance, management reporting and statutory accounting. Michael is also responsible for CCA's insurance function, both domestically and internationally. Michael is a member of the ASCPA's, a Senior Fellow of FINSIA, a Fellow of the Finance & Treasury Association, and is a Director of the Sugar Research & Development Corporation, based in Brisbane.

John Broadbent is the Head of Domestic Markets Department of the Reserve Bank of Australia. He joined the department in early 2005, and prior to that he was the Reserve Bank’s Chief Representative in the United States. He has gained wide experience in a number of policy areas, including the Economic and Financial Markets groups and he has also worked in the Bank’s representative office in Europe.

David Craig commenced as Chief Financial Officer of the Commonwealth Bank in September 2006. He is responsible for the financial management frameworks of the Commonwealth Bank incorporating the areas of finance, audit, group treasury, security, procurement and investor relations. David has over 30 years of experience in financial management, strategy, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the Commonwealth Bank, David was the Chief Financial Officer for Australand where he was responsible for leading the finance, treasury, IT and investor relations functions. Prior to joining Australand, David was Global Transition Finance Leader for IBM Business Consulting Service following the acquisition of PwC Consulting, where he held the title of Global Chief Financial Officer, based in Philadelphia, US.

With a degree in astrophysics and a Masters in Applied Finance, as well as experience in consultancy and banking on both sides of the globe, Nick Crawley is the founder and now Managing Director of Navigator Project Finance. Navigator provides financial modelling and analytical services to companies and investment banks globally who are seeking to put together finance for large-scale projects, such as Mining, Power Stations, Petrochemicals, Infrastructure and toll roads. Nick has spent the past 12 years understanding and improving the financial modelling process, underpinning the complex project finance process. Nick has recruited and managed several highly talented and successful teams and has worked extensively in both consulting and investment banking environments.

Richard Gibbs is Chief Economist and Head of Economics for the Macquarie Group Limited. He has worked for Macquarie for the past 15 years and is responsible for the formulation and presentation of the Group’s economic scenarios and forecasts for Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the major industrial economies. He also acts as a specialist adviser to several of the Group’s major corporate clients. Richard is widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading global analysts and policy commentators. In the 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Greenwich surveys of institutional investors, Richard and his team were ranked number one for Australian economic and market research by investors in the US, the United Kingdom/Europe and Asia. In Australia, the team is also ranked number one by major institutional and pension fund investors.

Belinda Gibson joined the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as a Commissioner in November 2007. Her initial major role was to head the Capital Markets Taskforce of the Commission, which undertook a review of ASIC's position in building confidence in the integrity of Australia's capital markets. It reviewed the enforcement of the capital markets offences, and identified measures to improve ASIC's performance in that area. She has responsibility within the Commission for regulation of Australia's capital markets, both in terms of market oversight and enforcement of the integrity and transparency laws. She also oversees the regulation of companies. Belinda was a senior partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques' mergers and acquisitions group in Sydney before joining ASIC, and was a founder of that firm's corporate governance practice team.
Mr Warren Hogan,

Warren Hogan has worked as an economist and interest rate strategist in the Australian financial markets for the past 14 years. Previously, as Head of Australian Economics and Interest Rate Research, Warren has been responsible for a team of economists and strategists working in ANZ’s financial markets operation. The duties of the team include the forecasting of the Australian economy, analysis of Australian monetary policy as well as the forecasting and strategy work associated with fixed income research. Warren is located on the Sydney trading floor within ANZ’s Global Markets operation. Other team members are in the Melbourne dealing room. Warren travels extensively providing economic and financial advice to ANZ’s wholesale customers in Australia as well as across the main European, North American and Asian markets. Warren appears regularly in the media with regular appearances on CNBC, Bloomberg, BBC and Sky as well as local free to air channels. Warren is regularly ranked as one of Australia’s top financial market economists by fund managers and corporate treasurers according to industry surveys. The 2009 Peter Lee Survey of Corporate Treasurers ranked ANZ as No.1 for interest rate strategies and recommendations and top 2 for economic analysis and interest rate forecasting. Warren is the Secretary of the Australian Business Economists and is a member of ANZ Private Bank’s Regional Investment Committee. Between 2000 and 2005 Warren was with Credit Suisse First Boston and in 2003 was appointed the Chief Economist and Head of Fixed Income Research in the Sydney office. Prior to joining CSFB in April 2000 Warren worked for Westpac Banking Corporation as an Economist and the New South Wales Treasury Corporation as a Treasury Strategist.

Mark was appointed Chief Financial Officer of PaperlinX in October 2008 and has worldwide responsibility for finance, taxation, commercial, legal, audit and business systems. Mark has held a wide range of senior roles in the mining and pharmaceutical industries over the past 30 years, including appointments as a non-executive director on a number of publicly listed companies. Immediately prior to joining PaperlinX, Mark was Chief Financial Officer at Symbion Health Group and Chief Operating Officer for Pharmacy Services and Consumer Products Divisions. Before that he was Chief Financial Officer for the Sigma group of companies. Earlier roles included General Manager Commercial and Group CFO during an extensive career at Ashton Mining, and several years’ experience with BHP, based in the Minerals Division in Melbourne.

Kevin Martin is a chartered accountant with over 26 years of experience in the professional and commercial arena. After joining Nufarm in 1994, he was responsible initially for the financial control of the crop protection business. Since 2000, Kevin has been responsible for all financial, treasury and taxation matters for the group. Kevin graduated from Melbourne University in 1977 and shortly thereafter commenced with Arthur Andersen & Co. During his nine years there he worked in both the audit and tax divisions with particular emphasis in latter years on mergers, acquisitions and the development of the superannuation advisory practice. In 1987 Kevin joined Linfox as General Manager-Accounting and shortly thereafter was appointed General Manager-Finance for both the Linfox public operations and private family interests.

Roy is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Gresham Private Equity Limited. He is also a Director of Gresham Partners Limited and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has more than 18 years experience in the Private Equity industry as a Director of 3i plc in Europe and as Managing Director and Head of DB Capital’s Asian business located in Hong Kong and Sydney prior to joining Gresham as Managing Director. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Management School and has completed the Senior Investors Program at INSEAD in Paris. He is a Director of Noel Leeming, GEON, Witchery and Barminco.

Dr David Morgan is the former Chief Executive Officer of Westpac Banking Corporation (where he held the position from 1999 to 2008) and former Chairman of the Australian Bankers' Association. He is currently a non-executive director of BHP Billiton Ltd and a partner of the US-based specialist investment firm JC Flowers. He is also Chairman of the company’s Australian operations. Prior to joining Westpac, Dr Morgan worked at the International Monetary Fund in Washington in the 1970s and the Federal Treasury in the 1980s. He headed all major areas of the Treasury before being appointed the Senior Deputy Secretary. Dr Morgan holds a Bachelors degree in Economics (Honours), and also received a Master of Science in Economics (Distinction) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Economics) from the London School of Economics. He is an articulate, powerful and highly motivational speaker with a wealth of business experience

The Ralan Group has now achieved its goal of total control. This includes the development/construction, marketing, property leasing, building management and ongoing building maintenance of its own projects. Over the last couple of years The Ralan Group has successfully sold and developed hundreds of residential apartments in Sydney. The Ralan Group currently has hundreds of residential apartments ready to start in the pipe line spread over a number of sites. Curt joined Westpac Banking Corporation in 1995 and was appointed as the Bank’s Group Treasurer in October 2004. In this role, he is responsible for Westpac’s treasury operations including securitisation, group liquidity, global wholesale funding, capital management and all on balance sheet risk management. As Group Treasurer, Curt oversees teams located in Sydney, Wellington, Singapore and London. He is responsible for managing the underlying risks associated with the Bank’s asset and liability portfolios, primarily interest rate risk and foreign exchange risk. Curt is also responsible for providing the Bank with competitively priced wholesale funding, within the parameters of a prudent liquidity management framework. This role includes maintaining and enhancing the Bank’s wholesale funding franchise through strong relationships with investors in markets across the globe. Over the past four years, Curt has been responsible for overseeing the expansion of Westpac’s wholesale funding base and significantly increasing the contribution of Treasury to the Bank’s profitability.
