To date, with AIL, he has successfully designed, managed and implemented the 2004 Swan Hill Almond Orchard Project, the 2005 Swan Hill Almond Orchard Project, the 2006 AIL Almond Orchard and the 2007 AIL Almond Orchard Project, the 2007 Piangil Almond Orchard Project, Stage 2 of the 2007 AIL Almond Orchard Project, 2008 Piangil Almond Orchard Project and the 2009 Piangil Almond Orchard Project. Before establishing AIL, Wayne was Chief Executive Officer at Almond Orchards Australia Limited, where he was responsible for establishing the 500 acre Robinvale 2000 Almond Project. Almond Orchards Australia then entered into a Joint Venture arrangement with Timbercorp Limited and Wayne was then instrumental in producing the 2001 and 2002 Timbercorp Almond Projects.
Prior to entering the almond industry, Wayne was General Manager Victoria for Permanent Trustee Company Limited, where he grew the business from 12 employees in 1987 to 60 employees in 1999.
