 Mr Mike Guerin,
Chief Operating Officer Elders Rural Services Australia Limited With a national and international network of over 400 branches and 4000 employees, Mike’s role encompasses the agribusiness operations of Elders including livestock trading, wool, horticulture, dairy and agricultural inputs.
Previously, as Managing Director of ANZ’s Pacific Division, Mike led an 1800 strong workforce in 52 branches including Fiji, Cook Islands and Papua New Guinea.
Prior to joining ANZ’s Pacific business, Mike was Managing Director, Regional & Rural Banking Australia. In his 18 year tenure with ANZ Mike held a variety of roles including Regional Manager Auckland, National Manager of Small to Medium Business New Zealand and General Manager of UDC Finance.
Mike holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Banking.
Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Mary and two children experiencing the great outdoors camping, fishing and sailing.
