 Mr Chris Collimore,
Chief Supply Chain Officer Yum Restaurants International Chris Collimore is the Chief Supply Chain Officer for Yum Restaurants International-South Pacific. Chris and his team are responsible for all the food, packaging, equipment and distribution into all 850 company and Franchised KFC and PH stores in Australia, some in tandem with major Franchisees in Qld and WA. Chris and the team also assist much of the Asian/ME and China Yum teams with product ex Australia and NZ.
Chris is an Agricultural Economist (B.Ag Ec, Uni of Syd), with experience in a range of organisations. These include the Australian Bureau of Agricultural Economics (ABARE), Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA), Meadow Lea Foods, Goodman Fielder and for the past 9 years at Yum Restaurants International. Chris has been in his current role for the past 5 years, prior to which he was the Yum International Director of Commodities.
