KEY DATES	ACTIVITY
NOW to 31 August 2008	Call for Nominations Period Nominations for the various categories will be called in via Terrapinn's various marketing channels. Download the pack here.
15 September 2008	Release of the top 3 nominees per category for the SCMLogistics Excellence Awards 3 nominees per category will be shortlisted for the first round.
30 September 2008	Voting Ballot Deadline for Judges Judges will review the shortlist of nominees per category and submit their votes to Terrapinn.
14 October 2008	Announcement of Results The results will be announced during the SCMLogistics Excellence Awards Gala Dinner at the Raffles City Convention Centre.

Step 1: Category selection

Step 2: Compiling your entry

Complete entries are comprised of:

1 completed nomination form: You may download the nomination form here (PDF) or you can get the complete nomination pack. You may also request for the nomination form to be in MS Word format by emailing stella.teo@terrapinn.com. The form must be filled out completely in order for it to be considered valid.
1 supporting document: These can be client testimonials, survey results, or press releases or others – any written document that will support the nomination’s substantiation. You may submit more than 1 supporting document, but the minimum requirement is 1.

Step 3: Submitting your nomination

The deadline for all nominations to be submitted for consideration for the shortlist is on or before 1 June 2008 via email to stella.teo@terrapinn.com.

Incomplete submissions missing either a nomination form or a supporting document will be considered invalid entries. In the email subject heading, please put in “Nomination Submission by X Company for the SCMLogistics Excellence Awards”

Upon our receipt of your submission, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact Stella Teo at stella.teo@terrapinn.com.
