Andy Horn is recognised as one of South Africa’s pioneering green architects and his work has won a number of local and international awards for sustainable building and architectural excellence. Graduating from the University of Cape Town as an architect, he has worked, published, lectured and exhibited locally and internationally. In 1998, out
of a life-long concern for the rapidly degrading natural environment and widening social inequalities, he founded Cape Town-based Eco Design Architects and Consultants. His work has taken him all over Southern Africa with a client base that includes a wide range of organisations, businesses, government agencies and individuals.
Eric Noir
Principal Architect and Director
Green By Design, South Africa
Eric is a qualified architect and a board member of the Green Building Council of South Africa. Eric specialises in sustainable built environment designs, urban development frameworks, development strategies and design. He has over 20 years of experience working in South Africa and internationally, and covering a wide range of projects. He has worked for the likes of: BP, ABSA, Eskom, Woolworths, Nedbank and Anglo Gold to
name a few, doing sustainability architectural consulting.
