Thomas McDonald is chief strategic officer of Equity International. Mr. McDonald has been associated with the Company since its inception in 1999 and is primarily responsible for building and optimizing the Company’s partner relationships. He is a director of various portfolio companies, including Gafisa (BZ:GFSA3, NYSE:GFA), BR Malls (BZ:BRML3) and Parque Arauco (CI:PARAUCO). Mr. McDonald is fluent in Spanish, and speaks Portuguese and French. He has lived and worked in Latin America for the majority of his professional career. Mr. McDonald graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in international relations and Spanish.

Paul Meyer is a partner in Mayer Brown’s real estate group and is the head of the Chicago real estate practice and one of the co-chairs of the real estate group’s Latin America practice. In his more than 20 years of practice, Paul has obtained substantial experience in virtually every aspect of the real estate industry. Paul’s widely diversified practice includes the representation of real estate investors and developers in all types of domestic and international real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financing involving shopping centers, industrial parks, office buildings, apartment complexes, condominiums, medical office buildings and assisted living facilities. In recent years his practice has focused on the representation of clients providing equity capital for US and Latin American real estate transactions as well as equity for US healthcare related transactions.
Misha Mladenovic,

Miroslav “Misha" Mladenovic is vice president of development for Cabi Developers, the U.S. subsidiary of GICSA, Mexico’s largest development company. He is in operational charge of all real estate development activities for the company and participates in the acquisition, direct supervision over the construction, sales and close-out of all projects in the country. In addition to his position at Cabi Developers, Mladenovic is president of M2E Consulting Engineers, a firm that provides the construction and real estate industry with plan reviews, construction observations, due diligence inspections and reporting services. He is in charge of litigation mitigation and quality control for multimillion dollar residential and commercial projects.
Roberto Ordorica,

Roberto Ordorica is a Managing Director of Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI®) and CEO of PREI-Latin America. PREI-Latin America is a business unit of PREI, the real estate investment and advisory business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU), based in Newark, NJ., USA. He is responsible for managing PREI's investment management business in Latin America and integrating PREI's regional offices throughout Latin America with PREI’s headquarters, in Parsippany, New Jersey. Mr. Ordorica’s duties include developing and implementing PREI-Latin America’s strategy, as well as overseeing PREI-Latin America’s operations, including but not limited to property acquisitions, asset management, property sales, portfolio accounting and research Mr. Ordorica is a member of PREI’s Management Committee and Chairman of PREI’s Latin America Investment and Management Committees. He is a director of Atlântica Residencial S.A., a Brazilian homebuilder of low and middle income housing throughout Brazil and a director of Corporacion Geo S.A. de C.V., the largest builder of affordable housing in the Americas, based on homes sold. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Mexican Society for Geography and Statistics. Mr. Ordorica is the 1987-1988 recipient of the Legion of Valor Bronze Cross for Achievement.

President and owner of World-Wide Title, Inc., a Florida Corporation which is engaged in advising international entrepreneurs interested in exploring real estate investment and financing abroad in matters related to Registral (land title) and Notarial Law, and in pursuing, when advisable, title insurance underwritten by American companies. His familiarity with both civil and common law environments and with the land title registration laws (Derecho Registral) of different countries opened the door to his present association with the title insurance industry. For the past twenty years he has investigated titles to land in several countries, participating also in the structuring of complex real estate investments by foreign entities in those countries.

Josh Pristaw is a Managing Director at GTIS and a member of the General Partner’s Investment Committee. Mr. Pristaw is a co-founder of GTIS and has more than 10 years of real estate experience. His primary responsibilities include acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining GTIS, Mr. Pristaw was a Principal and Co-Head of Acquisitions for Coventry Real Estate Advisors. After joining Coventry in 1999, Mr. Pristaw was responsible for identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring transactions, negotiating with sellers and managing dispositions. Mr. Pristaw was also a member of Coventry’s Investment Committee and participated in $600 million of real estate transactions across 17 different markets.

Rudy Rivera has the responsibility for developing global markets for FNTG. He has lectured throughout the world on the role of title insurance in the modern global Economy. Prior to joining Global Solutions he was in private practice in St. Louis, Missouri with emphasis on Latin America. Mr. Rivera is a 1977 graduate of Ohio Northern University with a dual major in Spanish and Political Science and a 1980 Graduate of St. Louis University School of Law. At St. Louis University, Mr. Rivera was Assistant Managing Editor of the St. Louis University Law Review, and founder and president of the International Law Society. Mr. Rivera also studied international law at The Hague during the summer of 1979

Juan Ignacio created and currently heads the Tourism Oriented Real Estate area, which has been instrumental in the development of several new products focused on fractional interests and whole ownerships in the main tourist destinations in the region.
