Lunar is reminiscent of an art gallery with more than 150 pieces of contemporary Chinese pop art showcased amidst the more familiar icons of the Asian culture like goldfish lanterns and handcrafted birdcages. Jeffrey H. Schwartz is chairman and chief executive officer of ProLogis, a Denver-based real estate investment trust that trades on the New York Stock Exchange. The company is the world's largest owner, manager and developer of industrial warehouse facilities, with 510.2 million square feet of distribution space under management in 118 global markets and a total capitalization of over $30.5 billion.
Mr. Schwartz was appointed CEO in January 2005. Over the prior 10 years he served in a variety of executive positions at the company, including managing director, vice chairman, and president of international operations.
