Dot Gade Kulovuori has been employed at Stockholm Skavsta Airport since 1998. Her present position as Managing Director has been held since September 2001. Before that she worked as Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant.
Before joining the airport she has worked in the bus industry and in a company manufacturing electrical measuring instruments in Sweden. While still in Denmark she was the co-ordinator for an engineering office in Singapore (supplying turnkey dairy projects).
She has studied at the Vaal Triangle College (South Africa) and later did Specialized Business Studies in marketing.
Dot holds posts in boards of a local bank, the Chamber of Commerce and The Swedish Regional Airport Association.

Environment Manager,

Andy is the Head of Environment at Stansted. In his role he co-ordiantes a team of five others who provide expertise across the environment disciplines. Primary aspects of his and the environment team role is providing strategic guidance to the senior management team at Stansted plus guiding and supporting the opererational areas at the airport to enable them to competently manage the environmental issues that arise at the airport. Increasingly this work involves joint partnership work with all the business partners at the airport, aiming to balance their business needs with the concerns of external stakeholders. Andy joined the BAA in April 2004 having previously held various job roles in KLMuk at Stansted lasting over 8 years. He has a PhD degree in aviation from Cranfield University and a BSc (Hons) Geography degree from Loughborough University.

As Regional Vice President, Europe at InterVISTAS Consulting, John Weatherill holds responsibility for the management of projects in Europe, the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Mr. Weatherill has extensive experience in strategic airline route planning, market share modelling, route profitability forecasting and airport incentive package development. He has represented airport clients in air service presentations and incentive negotiations with airlines throughout North America and Europe.
Mr. Weatherill has delivered keynote addresses on air service development, airline incentives and air bilateral policy at numerous industry events, and has led air service development workshops in the United States, South Africa, Malta and the United Kingdom. He is a contributing author to the Air Service Development Manual for Regional Development Agencies and the Journal of Airport Management, and is a guest lecturer at Thames Valley University in London.
Mr. Weatherill holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. He has several years experience in the aviation industry, and worked with WestJet Airlines prior to joining InterVISTAS.
