After graduating Michel Jongen joined the Banque Internationale à Luxembourg in 1985 to set up and operate their interest rate derivatives trading and hedging activities. Focussing on Treasury Management, Capital Market, Portfolio Management and MIS related projects, Michel's team first covered Continental Europe and later expanded to encompass the UK.
Michel left BIS (now Misys) in 1995 to join Odyssey as a co-founder.
