The class will consider challenges and lessons learned, will be briefed on latest technological trends and will look to the European and Asian market to gain a truly global perspective.
About your Masterclass leader:
Dr. Rumsey, Parsons' Rail & Transit Systems Sector Manager, is a Fellow of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) and is the Chair of the IEEE Rail Transit Vehicle Interface Standards Committee, Working Group #2, responsible for establishing consensus standards for Communications Based Train Control (CBTC) systems. Dr. Rumsey is also the US representative on Working Group #40 of the IEC TC9 committee, developing international standards for Urban Guided Transit Management Systems.
