José María worked during 14 years for UBS. Originally an investment banker based in London, he was involved in M&A deals; IPO’s; and equity derivatives structures while at Corporate Finance. José María began his professional career in 1986 working for the consulting division of Arthur Andersen (now Accenture), gaining experience on information systems and strategic management consulting. Later in 1988 he worked for Advent España SA a venture capital firm part of the Advent International network, where he participate in fund raising, deal flow generation, financial analysis and due diligence. Mario I. Blejer is currently the Director of the Centre for Central Banking Studies at the Bank of England. He is also an Advisor to the Governor. During 2001/02 he was Deputy Governor and then Governor of the Central Bank of Argentina.
Previously, he served 21 years at the International Monetary Fund, where he was Senior Advisor at the Monetary and Exchange Affairs and the Asian Department, working also in the European, Fiscal and Research Departments.
During his academic career Blejer held the Walther Rathenau Chair in Economics at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1996-1999) and he taught at Boston University, New York University, Johns Hopkins, the University of Geneva, and George Washington University. He also held recurrent professorial positions at Universidad de San Andrés, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and the Central European University, Budapest.
Mario I. Blejer received his BA and MA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his Ph.D from the Univeristy of Chicago. He has published a significant number of books and numerous articles in specialized journals.

Joseph Burns is a Managing Director in the Investments Group at Ivy Asset Management and serves as the Head of Investments for Europe and Asia. He is responsible for overseeing manager research, due diligence and monitoring, and portfolio construction as it pertains to Europe and Asia. In addition to regional management responsibilities, Mr. Burns serves on Ivy's Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ivy in 2001 Mr. Burns was the Director of Investments for a European Family Office where he managed the hedge fund and private equity fund investments. Previously Mr. Burns worked at Soros Fund Management as a Portfolio Analyst where he assisted in the oversight of the firm's external investments. Mr. Burns began his career at Capital Management Corp., a New York-based investment advisory firm.
Mr. Burns was a Merit Scholar at Manhattanville College, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science, and received his M.B.A. in Finance with an investment management concentration from Fordham University.

Yves Choueifaty, Managing Director, joined Lehman Brothers Asset Management in 2006 as Head of the Quantitative Asset Management business. The Quantitative team now has 11 investment professionals based in London and Paris. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr Choueifaty, who has over 16 years investment experience, was CEO of Credit Lyonnais Asset Management (“CLAM”, AUM €70B). He was CIO of CLAM since 2000 with direct responsibility for all aspects of the Investment Management process as well as Marketing and Sales. From 1998 to 2000 Mr Choueifaty was Head of Financial Engineering and Quantitative Investment Management having developed the structured products and financial engineering business units since 1992. Mr. Constantacopoulos joined Renaissance in August 2006. Prior to this, he spent
more than two years with the systematic hedge fund Aspect Capital. At Aspect he

in the UK, France and Iberia. Before joining Aspect, he had completed a number of
internships including JP Morgan Private Bank in Madrid and Schroders Private Bank

Jorge Mariscal serves as Director of Investment Research. He has over 18 years of

managing top-ranked research teams and advising emerging markets portfolio managers.

Mr. Mikdashi heads the Discretionary & Advisory Investment Department at Optimal. Sindo Oliveros is the Director of the Pension Plan and Endowments the World Bank and a member of the World Bank Treasury management team. He manages over 16 billion US dollars invested across asset classes, from fixed income to private equity and real estate. The pension plan has invested in hedge funds since 1980 and has currently a 20% allocation to that space. The World Bank Treasury manages $80 billion for its own account and for external clients, which include central banks, official pension plans and international financial institutions. Mr Oliveros’ team advises central banks, official pension plans, endowments and Funds for the Future on multiasset investments. Prior to this position, Mr. Oliveros was Director of the World Bank’s Capital Markets and Financial Engineering Department, responsible for derivatives operations globally and for the Bank’s borrowing strategy and program. He joined the Bank in 1990 and has served in various capacities, including in the risk management and financial policies department; the derivatives and liability management group; and the European funding team.
Before joining the Bank, Mr. Oliveros taught macroeconomics and international trade at the University of Minnesota, and worked for eight years at the International Monetary Fund on macroeconomic adjustment programs in Latin America, Africa and Asia, and on Fund conditionality.

Prior to his Vanquish Capital Group involvement, Mr. Rodriguez-Lugo was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brother’s Private Investment Management Division in Palm Beach Fl. (1999-2005). In addition to designing and implementing Lehman’s strategy for the institutional coverage of banks and other financial institutions in Puerto Rico, Mr. Rodriguez-Lugo headed a group of professionals responsible for managing over $250mm of private wealth from clients in the Palm Beach area.
From 1997-1998, Mr. Rodriguez-Lugo worked at Adams Viner and Mosler/III promoting unique arbitrage opportunities using mortgage securities and derivatives to a select group of institutional clients in the U.S. Before joining AVM/III, Mr. Rodriguez spent 14 years in N.Y. as a senior institutional mortgage and derivatives sales person at various Wall Street firms (UBS 10 yrs, Chase Securities 3yrs.). Mr. Rodriguez-Lugo started his banking career at Citibank in Puerto Rico where he successfully completed the Credit Training program in 1981. He left Citibank as part of a group of professionals who opened an institutional coverage office for E.F. Hutton in Puerto Rico.

From March 2003 until March 2005, through a unique joint venture arrangement, Mr. Uderitz directed all of Tax Related Products at Wachovia Securities with primary responsibility for the portfolio management of tax related structured products. Mr. Uderitz was in charge of REMIC residual trading, resulting in Wachovia’s dominant market.
From February 1995 until September 1998, Mr. Uderitz was a general partner and co-head of mortgage trading for the III Global Funds (“III”) as well as a general partner in Adams, Viner and Mosler, Ltd. (“AVM”), a registered broker dealer. III is a fixed income hedge fund that had in excess of $3 billion of capital during that period. While at III, Mr. Uderitz and his group were actively engaged in the unwind of “cash flow floaters”. Additionally, Mr. Uderitz traded residuals and the mortgage derivative products book for AVM.
Before joining III and AVM, Mr. Uderitz was Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Ocwen Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for tax-related securities including REMIC residuals and low-income housing tax credits. Mr. Uderitz began his investment career with the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. He has traded REMIC residuals for nearly 15 years and is considered by many to be one of the foremost authorities on REMIC residuals.
