Mehmet Baser was born in Istanbul in 1968. He graduated from Istanbul Saint Joseph French High School in 1987. He earned dual B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Bogazici University. Mehmet Baser holds an M.B.A. degree from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Mehmet Baser started his career in United States in 1995. He worked as Key Account Sales Manager at American Power Conversion between 1995-1996 and Corporate Finance Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Istanbul between 1997-1998. He then joined McKinsey & Company Istanbul in 1998 where he advised clients on operational improvement, strategy development, portfolio strategy and organization. Mehmet Baser joined Borusan Teknoloji Group as Strategic Project Manager and worked with group companies Time, Bnet and Pargem in a variety of improvement and development projects between 2001 and 2003.

Mrs. Nadine Berezak-Lazarus, French, graduated at the Grande Ecole Commerciale, ESCP-EAP and studied in Paris, Oxford and Berlin in 1987. From 1993 to 1999, she developed and led the broadband team of a leading German consultancy group. In 1999 she founded bmp Telecommunications Consultants and has held the position of managing director since. She has been involved in international broadband-related strategy projects using mature and innovative last mile technologies including DSL, LLU CATV, PLC, wireless (WiMAX, WiFi-mesh), FTTx, NGN and topics such as triple play, in-home networking, and fixed-mobile convergence. Headed the Commercial Section of the Hungarian Embassy in Algiers as commercial counsellor (1987-1991) General manager of OPERATOR hungaria Hungarian-French telecommunication (radio paging) service provider. From 1998 until 2007 CEO (and continues to be managing director) of HungaroDigiTel Plc. active in the professional satellite telecommunication (VSAT) field, a Hungarian-Portuguese joint venture. Parallel (1999-2003) he directed Eurotel Co. fibre optic telecommunication network operator in Budapest. Since December 2007 Head of Telecommunication Business Division of Antenna Hungária Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of TDF. Between 1994 and 1997 he was member of the board of directors of the Hungarian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry. From 1996 he was a member of the Board of Directors of EPPA (European Public Paging Association) and chairman of its Emerging Markets Working Group. He was president of the Hungarian Federation for Electronics and Infocommunication between 1999 and 2004.

Andrzej Binkowski (31) is the Managing Partner of Nordkapp Equity, the private equity firm, established in 2002, specialized in the financing and management of infrastructure and real estate projects. Previously Mr. Binkowski was the Board Chairman and CEO of DRSA, one of the fastest growing telecommunications companies in Poland. In 2007 DRSA reached 84 mln PLN revenues, 5 mln PLN EBITDA, and 3 mln PLN of net profit. Mr. Binkowski was also a founder of DRSA and its shareholder. In November 2007 DRSA was sold to the PPWK S.A., an industrial conglomerate listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (estimated transaction value - 10 mln Euro). Prior to establishing DRSA Mr. Binkowski worked for Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (TPSA). He was actively involved in the process of the Initial Public Offering (Privatisation) and in the Initial Bond Offering (the value of the transaction was one billion US dollars) as the member of the TPSA co-ordinating committee. Later Mr. Binkowski worked as the Polish representative of Zephyr Telecommunications Inc., an American based international long distance operator co-owned by Motorola. Mr. Binkowski graduated from Warsaw University - Faculty of Law, and post graduate studies at Harvard Business School and Warsaw School of Economics.

Jana Bratanova started her professional carrier in telecoms at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in 1984. After the separation of Post and Telecommunications activities in 1992, she joined the Bulgarian Incumbent – BTC-AD. From 1992 to 1995 she worked at different position in Int’l settlement dept., Finance and Accounting, Treasury. Between 1996 and 2004 she was headed the activities relating to the implementation of domestic interconnects, Billing of Key customers, planning of international network, Financial Management of Int’l Submarine cable projects. After the privatization of BTC, from 2004 until July 2008, she was a Director of Wholesale business. As a head of Wholesale she was dealing with domestic and international, regulated and commercial voice and data services. Since August, 2008 Jana Bratanova has moved to Novatel Bulgaria, a Wholesale Operator, owned by Magyar Telecom, where she took over the responsibility for the wholesale activities of the company. Jana has over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. She graduated from Economic University of Sofia with a Master degree in economics.

Zoran Korecic joined Iskon Internet in December 2005. As a Head of Carrier Relations Department at Iskon Internet, the second largest ISP and first Broadband Telecom in Croatia he is working closely with national and international telecom carriers and telecom authorities in country and worldwide. He is specialized in International and National Data and Voice Services, Carrier Relations, Telecommunication Law and Regulations. Prior to joining Iskon Internet Mr. Korecic worked for a specialized telecom vendor company which represents various international brand companies. Zoran graduated at University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, and also Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He is finishing Master degree at Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb.

He has fifteen years of experience in the ICT industry, in sales, marketing and management. He is about to complete a business administration study (MBA program) at the Edinburgh Business School of the Heriot-Watt University. He started his career with Iskon in 2000 as sales manager. Since 2002, he was a member of the Management Board in charge of sales, marketing, customer relations and public relations. At the General Meeting in October 2005, he was appointed Management Board member for a 5-year term. Anne has over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry, acquired in management positions spanning business development, telecom regulation and merger and acquisition. In 2002, Mr. Raczkiewicz was promoted to Regional Director in charge of Central and Eastern Europe and responsible for voice and data sales. Previously Mr. Raczkiewicz has been working for Netia, a local telecommunications service provider in Poland. He is fluent in Polish, English and French authored a book on computer security in 1994. Adam Sawicki was appointed CEO of GTS Central Europe in May 2008. Earlier, he was a founder and long-time president of the Polish TeliaSonera branch, and managed the company’s development in North America and Western Europe. At the same time, he acted as Managing Director of TeliaSonera’s London branch. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Stockholm, he worked for the Swedish telecom – Telia AB, later Telia International Carrier. He was a member of the management board at TeliaSonera Wholesale (TeliaSonera AB group). His career started in Ericsson. Zarko Sutlar is executive director for wholesale at Croatian Telecom Inc. (T-HT). He entered this position after several years leading the international wholesale. In the period of preparation for the liberalization of the Croatian telecommunication market he had managed corporate projects of wholesale strategy and business development in the same company. The projects aimed at repositioning of the Croatian incumbent to achieve high competitiveness and remain dominant in the fully demonopolized wholesale market. Mr. Sutlar's background is in IP: since 1995 he had organized and managed the first and the largest commercial ISP business in Croatia. Mr. Sutlar holds the Master of Science degree in electrical engineering in the field of telecommunications and IT; he broadened his technical education and background with number of general management and financial courses and seminars at GSBA Business School in Zurich and Hawksmere Business School in London and IEDC Business School, Bled. He is the author of more than 50 scientific and professional papers and articles.

Josef holds a Master Degree in Legal Studies and graduated with a Degree in Electrical Engineering. During his Carreer within the telecommunication industry, Josef led serveral business and technical key-projects in numerous departments. He is actively participating in a lot of different Advisory and Management Boards. In 2007 he was apointed as the Supervisiory Board Chairman of Telekom Austria TA´s foreign telecommunication providers.

Bulgarian by birth, Stefan has lived in Hungary since 1990 and he has spent over 12 years at senior level within the telecommunications industry throughout Hungary, Russia, Bulgaria and Central Europe working a variety of senior sales and management roles with IBM Global Services and AT&T Business. He recently managed the integration of the company in the structures of the mother company and the planning of the group's regional expansion.
