Arnold B. Baker is the Chief Economist of Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a Deputy to the Senior Vice President and Deputy Laboratories Director for Integrated Technologies and Systems, and serves as principle political economic advisor. He is a Past President (2005) of the International Association for Energy Economics and former President of the United States Association (2002). He holds a BA in History and MA and Ph.D. degrees in economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Prior to joining SNL in 1996 he served for 17 years at Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), holding a number of challenging positions including Director of Political Economic Analysis, Director of Public Issues, Director of Energy Market Analysis, and Manager of Strategic Planning (ARCO Oil and Gas Company). His assignments included market analysis and scenario based planning, as well as chairing internal planning studies on the future of the oil, natural gas, coal and electricity industries. Prior to joining ARCO he served at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as Special Assistant to the Undersecretary for Monetary Affairs, and as a staff economist at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. He has written book chapters and articles on energy, economic policy and global change.

Andrew Durran is the Executive Director at EPURON P/L. Prior to joining the EPURON
team in 2005, Mr. Durran had 14 years experience in the energy industry with a special
concentration on renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
Mr. Durran has a Master of Business Administration from APESMA/ La Trobe University
in Melbourne. Mr. Durran gained valuable management experience as a Director at
Hampton Wind Park Company P/L and as an Associate Director of Business Development at Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA).
Mr. Durran has been active in supporting Industry Development Initiatives,
and was an active member of the Federal Mandatory Renewable Energy Target
Working Group, National Green Power Accreditation Steering Group, and the NSW
Sustainable Energy Research and Advisory Council (SERDAC).

Aaron Fyke has dedicated his career to the success of clean technology companies, and joined Starfish in January 2007 to focus on cleantech investments.
With both engineering and management expertise he has led a number of key initiatives relating to new product development, manufacturing, and commercialization in the energy, automotive, and aerospace industries. Prior to joining Starfish, Aaron led the redesign for manufacturability of a solar concentrator for an early stage start-up, Practical Instruments. Previous to that, he managed the start-up of a new factory, led the formation and growth of a logistics, training, and customer support division, and developed the business plan to develop and commercialize a new ocean power technology for AeroVironment, a leading clean technology and aerospace company. Aaron provided consulting services to Visteon, a large automotive supplier, to respond to new business conditions, and was a key engineer in the development of direct methanol fuel cell technology for Ballard Power Systems.
Aaron earned his MBA from the Leaders for Manufacturing program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, his MS in Mechanical Engineering from the MIT School of Engineering, and his BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, as the Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering Gold Medal recipient for graduating first in his class. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering both in California and British Columbia.

Mr Gerry Grove-White was appointed as the Company's new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and commenced on 27th August 2007.
Gerry was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Tata Power, the largest private power company in India. Gerry brings extensive domain knowledge and expertise to this role, as well as an effective combination of management and leadership competencies, and a strong track record as a power industry Chief Executive Officer. He has also been the Managing Director of Eraring Energy, the NSW Government owned power generation company. Prior to this, he was a successful power station project developer with PowerGen in the UK and internationally.

Mr Hollis has been the managing director of LES since November 2001. He is a civil engineer with 40 years experience in managing engineering projects.
In 1988 he was appointed Managing Director of the Scott & Furphy Group of companies and in 1991 took the company into a merger with Crooks Michell Peacock and Stewart to form CMPS&F Pty Ltd, at that time Australia’s largest engineering consulting group with a staff of 1,200.
Following the acquisition of CMPS&F by the French Egis Group in 1997 he became Chief Operating Officer (Deputy Managing Director) of CMPS&F.
In 1998 Steve joined SMEC Pty Ltd becoming Executive Director, Development until his appointment as managing director of LES.

Mark is the inaugural Managing Director of Roaring 40s, a joint venture company between Hydro Tasmania and CLP Asia. He is responsible for overseeing the development of new business opportunities for Roaring 40s nationally and internationally, and growing Roaring 40s to become the leading renewable energy business in Asia and Oceania. Previously, he was General Manager, Renewables Development for Hydro Tasmania. Mark was with Hydro Tasmania for 12 years and held a number of positions in the financial and strategic areas of the business. During his time with Hydro Tasmania, Mark was responsible for a number of major projects including the 600MW undersea electricity inter-connector - Basslink, conversion of the Bell Bay Power Station to gas, and establishing Hydro Tasmania’s new, Roaring 40s wind generation business, including the development of national and international wind projects. Mark has also worked for Telstra, where he held a number of key financial and strategy positions, and was the Tasmanian Financial Controller at the time of leaving to join Hydro Tasmania.

With 15 years of experience in both Commercial and Academic Environments, Dr. Ariel Liebman possesses an in-depth understanding of energy issues, and modelling techniques for energy markets. He has developed market risk management strategies and managed the rapid implementation of complex models for commercial use in essential services industries. Dr. Liebman has consulted to Goldman-Sachs, Duke Energy International and others. Dr. Liebman has a keen interest greenhouse credit markets and renewable energy.

Barbara Nance McKee is the Director, Office of Coal & Power Import & Export, Office of Coal and Power Systems, Office of Fossil Energy, U.S. Department of Energy. The Office of Coal and Power Systems is responsible for strategic direction of research development and demonstration product lines related to coal and power systems technologies. The Office of Coal & Power Import & Export mission is to promote U.S. goods and services in the international market place, regulate transborder electric power generation, and provide electric power regulatory assistance and serves as Secretariat to the Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum.
Ms. McKee began her government service with the Atomic Energy Commission and continued with the Energy Research and Development Administration. Within the Department of Energy, she has served on the personal staff of the Secretary of Energy after having served on the personal staff of the Under Secretary of Energy where she was responsible for strategic planning and the development of program and project management systems. Ms. McKee has received numerous Special Achievement Awards for her work within the Department of Energy.
From 1994 to 1998, Ms. McKee served as the Chairman of the International Energy Agency Clean Coal Center which is located in London and is an organization of more than 15 nations; she currently serves as its Vice Chairman. She is Chairman of the International Energy Agency's Working Party on Fossil Fuels which functions in Paris and has 21 member nations. She also is Chairman of the World Energy Council's Committee on Cleaner Fossil Fuels Systems.
Ms. McKee is an alumnus of Tuskegee University and Harvard University. She is a native of South Carolina.
