Carl spent 13 years with Texaco, where he was European Marketing Co-ordinator managing the UK Marketing and Planning Division; and President Directeur General of TEPAR, a consortium of European card issuing companies. He then became Group Managing Director of The Harpur Group Limited.

Sue Hando is the Managing Director of ReD Prepaid Cards (Australia), the leading solution provider for prepaid cards in the Australian market. Sue is responsible for the overall operation of the division including strategy, business development, sales, operations and service delivery. Sue is an experienced senior manager in the loyalty and cards industry having held senior management positions at Insurance Australia Group, Westpac and Qantas.

Stephen is deputy chair of Smartcards and Information Security Australia (SISA), chair of the OASIS PKI Adoption Technical Committee, and a member of the Australian Law Reform Commission’s Developing Technologies Sub-committee. His major recent consulting projects include the Australian Government Smartcard Framework, the Internet Industry Association’s two factor authentication model, and a national digital credentials scheme for healthcare professionals.
