Protection Operations. He is also managing director of Revenue Investigations, South Africa, and Umbane House a 24 hour vending facility specialising in prepaid electricity distribution. Mr Bindeman is
the chairman of the Western Cape Branch of SARPA (South African Revenue Protection Association) and an executive member of the same association.
