Chris Allman, a vice president in Capmark Finance Inc.’s (Capmark Finance) hospitality lending group, is responsible for originating new hotel mortgage loans. Mr. Allman joined Capmark Finance in December 2000 and has 10 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Capmark, Mr. Allman worked as a senior analyst at Cambridge Associates where he was responsible for managing a team of associates tasked with researching and producing a variety of investment reports for institutional clients including university endowments, pension funds and not for profit organizations.

Jim Amorosia serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Motel 6 and Studio 6, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of these brands within the Economy Lodging Division of Accor North America. Amorosia brings more than 20 years of hotel operations experience to Accor. He joined Motel 6 in 1985 as Regional Marketing Manager and advanced through the company serving in numerous executive positions including Director of Marketing Pricing and Analysis, Assistant Vice President of Operations, Regional Vice President, Senior Regional Vice President of Operations, and Senior Vice President of Operations. He was named Executive Vice President of Motel 6 in 2000. Prior to joining Accor, Amorosia served as the Marketing Manager of a School Furniture Company.

Kay Anderson, a hospitality lender for the past 15 years, currently serves as the National Accounts Manager for Temecula Valley Bank where she has been employed as a Senior Vice President for 7+ years. She has personally funded over 175 hotel projects in all parts of the United States and is known for her industry knowledge, particularly on new construction properties. Prior to joining Temecula Valley Bank Kay was the National Franchise Manager for Transamerica Small Business Capital.

Peggy Berg, ISHC, CPA, CHA is one of the hotel industry’s leading experts on hotel franchising, market analysis, financial performance and feasibility. She has been a specialist in this area for over 25 years and is the founder of the Highland Group, Hotel Investment Advisors, Inc., the national consulting firm. She has taught and written on market and financial analysis for hotel projects and is consulted extensively about new hotel development and the feasibility of hotel acquisitions.

Peter Berk is a Managing Director of the firm and President of the AFC Hotel Finance Group. He joined the firm in 2003, and has played an integral role in establishing the firm’s hospitality practice as a national leader in hotel financing with an emphasis on the limited and select service hotel markets. Mr. Berk’s primary responsibilities include raising debt and equity capital for hotel owners. In that capacity, Mr. Berk has financed in excess of $2 billion worth of hotel assets for both entrepreneurial and institutional clients representing over 20,000 hotel rooms. Mr. Berk has financed both full and limited service brands for every major hotel chain, including: Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Starwood, Choice Hotels and Wyndham.

Mr. Bhoopathy is a principal and executive vice president with responsibility for sourcing and underwriting investments in hospitality, specifically responsible for acquisitions, market and investment analysis, and brand positioning. Mr. Bhoopathy has participated in over $1.5 billion worth of real estate transactions for the organization since joining Noble in 1999. After completing his early education in Geneva, Switzerland, Mr. Bhoopathy received a B.S. degree from Cornell University in Hospitality Business Management with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance.

She currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Asset Management for Apple REIT Six, Inc., Apple REIT Seven, Inc., Apple REIT Eight, Inc. and Apple REIT Nine, Inc. Ms. Gathright also served as Chief Operating Officer of Apple Hospitality Two, Inc. from 1999 until May of 2007 when the Company was sold to an affiliate of ING Clarion, and Sr. Vice President of Asset Management for Apple Hospitality Five, Inc. until it was sold to Inland American Real Estate Trust in October of 2007. Mrs. Gathright has been in the real estate investment industry since 1996. Prior to managing the Apple companies, she served as Assistant Vice President and Investor Relations Manager for Cornerstone Realty Income Trust, a REIT focusing on the ownership and management of apartment homes in Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Texas.
