Objective:
Juniors and other oil & gas companies raising capital commonly use IPOs and project financing to raise capital. There are however several other ways capital can be raised, the most interesting of which is the various ways juniors can raise capital through equity. Although the 3-day conference will feature case studies of these different options it will not cover the finer details that will help you in putting these methods for your company’s practical use.
