Competition is intense as the region faces a time of "Growth" with IATA’s forecast of a 6.8% increase in Asia Pacific air traffic. And, as businesses, airports are challenged to continually reinvent, rethink and reshape their management and development models and strategies to ensure that they stay on the forefront of change and incredible business opportunities. As more and more airlines, particularly LCCs, are launched in Asia Pacific, it is necessary for airports to meet this increased slot demand and plan its capacity ahead.
