Richard Gröttheim is Executive Vice President at the Seventh AP fund since April 2000. Prior to that he was head of the Monetary and Foreign exchange policy department at the Swedish central bank. He has also been chief economist at the Swedish brokerage firm Aragon Securities.
The Seventh AP fund acts within the premium pension system (PPM), the state defined contribution system. It is a global equity fund with 10 per cent Swedish index linked bonds and 8 per cent in alternative investments. The fund mainly manages money for people that didn’t select a private fund within the PPM system..

She began her career as an economist at the Commonwealth Treasury of Australia, before moving to London in the financial sector as a fixed income strategist and later a global balanced fund manager with Deutsche Asset Management.
Danyelle graduated with an MSc in Investment Management with distinction at Cass Business School and recently completed a PhD in Economic Psychology at the University of Bath, researching institutional investors and long-term responsible investing. She was awarded the best PhD thesis in Finance and Sustainability for 2006 from the French Social Investment Forum.
Danyelle has been involved in delivering workshops at the Rotman International Centre of Pensions Management on topics related to improving the pension fund management process, including ‘short-termism amongst institutional investors’ and ‘a framework for collaboration amongst pension funds and their agents’. She is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Bath and continues to attend and present research at academic conferences on the subject of responsible investment.

Kaj became involved in trading derivative instruments in 1987 with the founding of market-maker company Sophos AB in Stockholm. The year after, Servisen Arctos & Partners was established in Helsinki and then also in Frankfurt under the direction of Kaj Rönnlund and Martin Estlander. In 1991 it started managing its longest running Hedge Fund Program, Estlander & Rönnlund Global Markets. The company changed its name to Estlander & Rönnlund, following a management buyout in 1992. Roger is the Global Head of Investment Consulting and has a worldwide team of over 400 in his charge. He worked as an investment consultant for Hewitt and headed William Mercer's investment practice before joining Gartmore Investment Management in 1987, responsible for business development and quantitative investment. He joined Watson Wyatt in 1989 as the head of the firm's investment consulting practice.
Roger has responsibility for a number of the firm's major investment clients both in the UK and internationally advising them on all investment issues. He is also head of the Watson Wyatt thought leadership group (TAG). He is the author of a number of papers on asset allocation policy and manager selection. He is on the Board of INQUIRE (the institute for quantitative investment research) and the Editorial Board of MSCI. Warren Wicklund
Peter C. Warren (50) began his career in the financial markets in 1980 trading commodities for Rudolf Wolff & Co. In 1981 he was appointed Secretary of the Oslo Stock Exchange. In 1982 he joined the research firm Vogt & Vogt Bourseanalysis in Norway as partner and Head of Research. The company was bought by Christiania Bank (now Nordea) in 1983. In 1987 Peter Warren left the company and established the Norwegian Equity Options Market. His company, Moorgate Options, was the first options market maker in Norway. At the same time he helped establish the Norwegian Clearinghouse for futures & options, and he remains to this day one of their largest individual share¬holders. Moorgate Options was bought by Finance Bank of Norway in 1995 and Mr. Warren was first appointed Chief Dealer Derivatives and later Chief Dealer for all areas of the bank with particular responsibility for proprietary trading. In 2002 he left the bank and founded WarrenWicklund Asset Manage¬ment together with Bjorn Wicklund, a former partner in Moorgate Options. WarrenWicklund Asset Management today has two fund of hedge funds and several single manager funds and mandates within the absolute return area. AUM is US$700 million.
