Ofer Gneezy is President and Chief Executive Officer of iBasis, a leader in international long distance, VoIP, and prepaid calling cards. As co-founder of iBasis in 1996, Mr. Gneezy is one of the true visionaries of the IP telephony industry and a recipient of Pulver.com's Industry Pioneer Award. He was an early believer in the power of the Internet to change global telecommunications and quickly established iBasis as the first provider of toll-quality Voice-over-IP (VoIP) service.
Many of the world's largest carriers, including AT&T, Cable & Wireless, China Mobile, China Unicom, MCI, Sprint, Skype, and Telefonica are iBasis customers. iBasis carried approximately 5 billion minutes of international voice over IP (VoIP) traffic in 2004, and is one of the ten largest carriers of international voice traffic in the world.
For four consecutive years service providers named iBasis the best international wholesale carrier in ATLANTIC-ACM's annual International Wholesale Carrier Report Card.
Prior to founding iBasis in 1996 Mr. Gneezy was president of Acuity Imaging, Inc., a multinational leader in industrial automation technology. Mr. Gneezy is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University's Graduate School of Business Administration and has an M.S. in engineering from M.I.T.

Alexey Reznikovich has been Altimo's CEO since June 2005, with overall responsibility for business development and management supervision of the group's assets. He has been a director of Alfa Group, Altimo’s parent company, since 2002. Mr Reznikovich is also a director of OAO VimpelCom, one of Russia’s two largest mobile phone companies; Trading House Smirnov, the Russian drinks company; A1 Group, one of Russia’s largest investment companies; Perekriostok Group, a leading Russian supermarket chain; and Russian Technologies, a venture capital fund concentrating on the development of promising Russian technology. From December 1998 to 2000, Mr Reznikovich was a partner at McKinsey & Co. Following this, he founded EMAX, a new business venture to develop internet centres in Russia and has been a director of EMAX and of CAFEMAX, an internet café chain, since February 2001. Prior to his time at McKinsey, Mr Reznikovich worked at Procter & Gamble in Italy and Transworld in the USA . He is a graduate of the Economics Faculty of Moscow State University and received his MBA from Georgetown University in the USA and INSEAD in France in 1993.

In 1992 Olga Rumyantseva graduated from the Moscow State Technical University, department of "Automatic control systems of the production process", majoring in "automated designing systems". Since 1996 till 2004 she worked with Sovintel, where she step by step assumed positions as Customer Support Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Head of Sales Department and hereinafter Sales Director.
In October 2004 Olga Rumyantseva was appointed Deputy Commercial Director – Head of Marketing Department with JSC Rostelecom. Since April 2005 she filled the position of Commercial Director of JSC Rostelecom.
