The judges will be paying particular attention to excellence in quality of service, reliability and customer service.  Other criteria that the entry should focus on include the ability to demonstrate a strong service portfolio, technological innovation, a strong management structure able to secure the future growth and development of the business.

Entries should focus on:

• The ability to address customer needs in terms of service, reliability and customer service.
• Proof of a strong and innovative service offering
• Sounds management structure.
• Revenue generation and growth
