What we require and when

All sponsorship partnerships have to be concluded by a signed contract. This guarantees your commitment to Hedge Funds World Scandinavia 2007, and ours to you. It details your package, the benefits and the payment terms.

Requirements:

• We require your corporate logos in jpeg and eps format (minimum 300 dpi resolution) for placement on our web site and for all media channels
• We require a 100 word corporate profile with web address and hyperlink
• We require speaker(s) biographies and jpeg photos (minimum 300 dpi resolution) 
• We require direct marketing cooperation with your sales and marketing staff to send out brochures to your client base or via email pushes
• We require a testimonial as to why you are sponsoring Hedge Funds World Scandinavia 2007
• We require time and opportunity to discuss subjects and topic areas for the agenda and to provide material once this has been decided and agreed upon
• We require our sponsors to send all press releases to amy.johnson@terrapinn.com for posting on our site
