In the second year of its series, Real Estate Investment World Middle East 2006 event was staged at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel, Dubai UAE from 17 – 20 September 2006 and enjoyed great success with excellent response from sponsors, speakers and delegates.

The total number of participants exceeded all expectations by attracting an impressive 205 attendees to the forum, a growth of 14% from 2005, and Real Estate Investment World Middle East continues to be a major industry event of its kind to showcase the top companies, personalities and strategies that comprise the Middle East real estate investment market place. The forum has now firmly established itself as the central event in the annual calendar of the Middle Eastern property investment management industry.

Proving to be truly international, Real Estate Investment World Middle East 2006 welcomed delegates from 25 countries all over the world, looking to gain access into the booming Middle Eastern property investment market. Feedback from participants was very positive, with most commenting on the calibre of speakers, the seniority of delegates, the in-depth discussions generated and the added mileage Real Estate Investment World Middle East 2006 brought to our sponsors and speakers.

Extensive efforts were made to put together a top-level quality conference.  We had a strong 40 speaker faculty over the 4-day event including a 2-day main conference and 2 focused masterclasses. The expanded program proved very successful and gave delegates wider content options. 

Real Estate Investment World Middle East 2006 delivered an important platform for market practitioners to share their experience and expertise in increasing exposure and maximising returns on investments in Middle Eastern real estate as an asset class. Through a hybrid of keynote addresses by industry guru speakers, candid panel discussions, “real deal” case study presentations and global best practices, participants gained competitive market intelligence on structuring and financing real estate transactions in Middle East, as well as compared and refined their investment strategies in the booming Middle East  property market.

Extensive efforts were made to put together a top-level and quality programme, with work starting on the conference as early as 10 months prior to the event. We worked closely with leading industry partners to ensure we deliver cutting edge knowledge and industry best practices, based on the latest market research and trends. The event also featured unique networking and social events, including “Speed Networking”, and cocktail receptions.
