How do I arrange my visa?
If you require a visa to attend this conference, once you have paid, we can supply you an invitation letter to take to the embassy with you. However, we can not take responsibly for arranging your visa or if the embassy refuses. ______________________________________________________________________________________
Will I have any free time during the event?
For your entertainment, Terrapinn have organised several functions around the conference including a Cocktail party and a gala dinner offering you the opportunity to relax, network and enjoy with your peers. In the after hours you’ll be entertained at the coolest networking party in town ‘VIVA LAS VEGAS’ at Star City’s 36° bar on day one. This spectacular night draws inspiration from the legendary Rat Pack – harking back to the days when Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jnr ruled the Strip.
On day two join us for one of the most spectacular nights you’ll ever experience at the famous (or infamous!) gala dinner. Enjoy the high-energy atmosphere – light up the dance floor amidst explosive live music and free flowing champagne as you cruise along the most beautiful harbours in the world.

When are the documents available?
You will receive a workbook when you arrive at the event which contains white papers and information on the conference. Speaker presentations are available on our website one week after the conference. ______________________________________________________________________________________
How can I download the documents?
Documents will be available on this website one week after the conference runs. Full details on how to download the documents will be emailed to all participants and these instructions will also be posted here once the system is live.
