How do I arrange my travel?

How do I arrange my visa?

If you require a visa to attend this conference, once you have paid, we can supply you an invitation letter to take to the embassy with you. However, we can not take responsibly for arranging your visa or if the embassy refuses.

What is the dress code?

The dress code at all our events is business/casual.

When do I receive my badge?

You can collect your badge on arrival at the event.

Which meals are included in the conference price?

Refreshments will be served at regular intervals during the conference. The registration price includes a buffet lunch on both days. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.  Breakfast and evening meals are not included.
