09.00Structuring and developing a CDM project

The purpose of the workshop shall be to provide an insight into the development of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects: How to deal with regulations, legal matters, validation and verification of the project, project financing and the implementation of risk management and mitigation strategies.

As 3C is the investment advisor to the carbon fund Climate Change Investment I SICAR, the workshop leader will also explain the pricing of CERs from a buyer’s perspective and provide information regarding the appropriate price models for project owners.
