Paul DiGiacomo is a Director at Business Development Asia ("BDA"), based in Hong Kong. Mr. DiGiacomo has 10 years experience in M&A and corporate finance in Asia. He was previously based in BDA's New York and Singapore offices before relocating to Hong Kong to open and head BDA’s office there, where he is responsible for transaction execution and client liaison in Hong Kong, Taiwan and ASEAN. Prior to this role, he was the Deputy General Manager of Asahi-DuPont Joint Venture in the China Business and Operations, located in Zhangjiagang, China.

Peter Mackay is managing editor of Hazardous Cargo Bulletin (HCB), a monthly magazine covering the transport, storage and handling of dangerous goods. He has been with the magazine for eleven years, for the last six as editor. HCB is now in its 26th year of publication and has built up a considerable reputation as the leading worldwide publication in its field. HCB plays a particularly useful role for the industry through its coverage of regulatory developments and the safety aspects of the transport of dangerous goods. Prior to HCB, Peter spent three years with Drewry Shipping Consultants in London, specialising in analysis and consultancy in the gas tanker and chemical carrier sectors. He has also worked for oil consultancy Petroleum Economics Ltd (PEL) and as a freelance analyst in industrial markets.

John Montgomery, President Asia Pacific of Hercules Incorporated, based in Shanghai. Mr. Montgomery brings more than 35 years experience in specialty chemical industry and with Hercules. Before moving to Shanghai in 2004, John held various senior executive positions in Procurement, BetzDearborn, Aqualon and Paper Divisions. He was CEO of FiberVisions on formation and President of Hercules Asia Pacific located in Hong Kong from 1998 to 2000.
Mr. Montgomery holds a BS from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has participated in a variety of executive management programs including Harvard University and the Mahler Executive Program.

R. Thomas Morton is the Director of the Asia Pacific Customer Supply Chain and Central Services for Eastman Chemical, Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. He is responsible to lead and manage all Supply Chain personnel and processes to fulfill demand and support demand generation in 24 countries in the Asia Pacific region. His Central Services responsibilities includes managing IT services and infrastructure, project management services through the Program Office, Administrative Responsibilities for the Business Offices in the region, Communications and Six Sigma supporting the region.
He joined Eastman Chemical Company in 1992 after receiving a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. His initial assignment was in International Distribution Services managing logistics procurement and operations for U.S. exports to Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America. He progressed to positions of increasing responsibilities managing Eastman’s Global Logistics Regulatory Compliance activities and Eastman’s North American Rail Operations and Fleet Management before moving to Singapore as the Asia Pacific Logistics Manager in May 1999.

Dr Uwe Zimmermann has a strong commitment to Sustainable Development and Responsible Care. In his current function he is striving to promote safety awareness and product stewardship for Bayer Material Science in AsiaPacific.
His Bayer career started in 2000 with Research and Development in the Business Group Plastics of Bayer AG in Germany, where he dealt with process development and new applications. After having been involved in several in-house consulting projects, he transferred to Bayer Material Science AG as Global Coordinator of HSEQ in 2002. In 2004 he has taken over the task as Director of HSEQ in the APAC region for Bayer Material Science AsiaPacific and is located in Shanghai, China P.R.
