Payment Terms

Payment terms are 7 days and must be received before the conference date in order to guarantee your place. Payment for the conference can be made via the following ways:

(1) Cheque
     Made payable to Terrapinn Pte Ltd

(2) Credit card
     We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express

(3) Bank Transfers
     Account Name: Terrapinn Pte Ltd

All payments must quote the delegate name and event code: 151121 

Payment must be received before the conference date in order to guarantee your place. Unpaid registrations will be billed 50% of the registration fee if you do not attend the event. You will, however, be given access to our online contact system and a copy of the conference documentation will be sent to you.

CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, you may choose to credit the full value of your registration towards a future Terrapinn event. A 50% refund and the course documentation will be provided for cancellations receiving in writing 2 weeks in advance. The company regrets that no refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the conference. A complete set of course documentation will, however, be sent to you. Terrapinn reserves the right to cancel or alter the content and timing of the program or the identity of speakers for reasons beyond its control.
