About Terrapinn

The business
Terrapinn is an international business-to-business media company. It owns a portfolio of brand names under which it produces trade exhibitions, conferences, magazines and Internet portals.

Many of Terrapinn’s brands are world leaders in their respective vertical industry sectors. Terrapinn aims to become the leading provider of ‘must-have’ information and ‘must-attend’ events within those sectors. The brand portfolio is concentrated around fast growing areas of technology, media and telecommunications and also includes finance, pharmaceuticals and utilities.

Organisation
The company was established in Sydney, Australia in 1987 and now operates throughout the world from a network of offices in Sydney, Singapore, Johannesburg and London.
The organisation consists of approximately 150 staff and is led by an experienced management team headquartered in London. Terrapinn prides itself on a strong corporate culture based around its core operating principles:

  • extending brands into other media including the publication of trade magazines and the development of vertical Internet portals.

The Internet has become a key area of business development. Terrapinn is at the forefront of developing on-line B2B vertical communities around its brand portfolio.
