How much does the conference cost?

The conference will cost*:
4 day Platinum Pass (inclusive of 2 day masterclass): SG4,395
3 day Gold Pass (inclusive of 1 day masterclass): S$3,695 
2 day conference only: S$2,895

When should I pay?

Payment is required BEFORE the conference date. The conference registration pack will be sent to you once payment has been received. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by the following methods:

Bank Transfers: Payment by bank transfer must quote the delegate name and reference below. Transfers should be made to Standard Chartered Bank, 6 Battery Road, Singapore 049909. Account Name: Terrapinn Pte Ltd, Account No. 0100890458. Reference: 171173. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE CONFERENCE DATE TO GUARANTEE YOUR PLACE.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes, we have several levels of early bird discounts to encourage early reservations, as well as association and partner discounts. Group discounts are also available. For full details please contact +65 6322 2700 / 305 or email to

There are two discounts that are applicable to me –can I use both of them?

No, we do not combine discounts but we will honour the discount that is better for you. 

Do I have to pre-select the streams that I want to attend?

No, you are free to move between the different streams at will.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, you may choose a credit note for the full value of the registration price, which may be put towards another Terrapinn event. A 50% refund and the course documentation will be provided for cancellations received in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the conference. The company regrets that no refunds will be made for cancellations received within two weeks of the conference start date. Course documentation will, however, be sent to the delegate. Terrapinn reserves the right to alter the programme without notice.

Unpaid registrations will be billed 50% of the registration fee if you do not attend the event. You will, however, be given access to our online contact system and a copy of the presentation documentation will be sent to you.

Can I send a substitute delegate?

Yes, should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
