Manufacturing Supply Chain Excellence Award
The above awards recognize manufacturing companies across 6 different industries in Asia for their achievements in driving supply chain excellence, resulting in improved business performance. The nominated manufacturing company must have operation in Asia. In addition, the following criteria will be considered:

Achievements in enhancing bottom-line, maximizing customer satisfaction, reducing cost, increasing market share and gaining leadership position though strategic supply chain implementation

Measurable components of implementation for business processes along the supply chain through outcomes (stock turns, availability, etc), enablers (S&O Planning) and IT infrastructure (supporting investments)

Management leadership in driving supply chain excellence throughout the organization

Supply chain strategies in achieving and aligning with corporate objectives

Successful collaboration strategy with suppliers and partners

Transformation change management
Supply Chain Innovation Award
This award aims to promote greater creativity and innovation in supply chain management. It will award company who think out of the box in solving supply chain challenges or optimising supply chain efficiency. Possible areas in which such innovation excellence can be achieved include:
- Coordinating business functions across the supply chain
- Collaborating with supply chain partners
- Developing mutually beneficial ways to strengthen supply chain relationships
- Synchronizing supply and demand
- Managing supply chain cycles
- Applying technology in an innovative way
Criteria for evaluation include:

case study’s level of significance with regards to the specific supply chain challenge

solution’s impact on the organization’s overall supply chain

case study’s ability to provide quantifiable and sustainable results in terms of cost savings, revenue, customer satisfaction, etc.

Quality of innovation (a solution may be global or particular to a case)
Asian Supply Chain Executive Excellence Award
This Award serves to recognise the achievements of an outstanding individual in Asia who has successfully spearheaded and driven supply chain initiatives, taking the company to the next level of excellence. This individual has broad and deep knowledge about the industry and is forward-thinking in their approach to the evolving supply chain issues and challenges.
· Individual contribution to the company in driving supply chain initiatives that result in developing a more responsive and efficient supply chain
· Leadership role in supply chain management and people development within the business teams
· Demonstrated organizational change through individual’s role
· Internal recognition by company towards the individual’s contributions
· Length and depth of supply chain experience
· Peer recognition
· Contribution to the development of the logistics and supply chain community in Asia
Best Supply Chain Software Solution Provider Award
The award recognizes the best software solution provider with operation in Asia which provides technological solutions within the supply chain realm. This is not restricted to a full suite of supply chain solutions, and companies may provide specialized warehousing, inventory, transportation solutions or others to be eligible for this Award. Companies will be judged on the following criteria:
· Provide full suite or individual components of supply chain software solution
· Functionality, performance and ease of use of solutions
· Market size, geographical reach, turnover and revenue over the last 5 years
· Supporting professional services to license sales
· Clientele profile
· Ease of use and performance of information technology as measured by customers
· New market initiatives and innovations
Best SCMLogistics Speaker Award
This inaugural category will award the best presenter at SCMLogistics World 2006. And the winner will be selected by delegates attending the event. Key criteria for evaluation will include content and presentation skill.
