  • A comprehensive understanding of key issues relating to the implementation of a mixed use development in the PRC from start to finish
  • Practical guidelines on how to avoid pitfalls in each key phase of the development life cycle
  • A better understanding of commercial and financial risks involved in the development process; how to manage and allocate them reasonably
  • A better understanding of the PRC legal and regulatory environment and implications of them in structuring the development process
