Session Description:
Through an estimate of 4 months pre-conference preparation works including: projects screening, data collecting, on site visiting, preliminary due diligence, and writing of investment summary, BAZO will bring 10 to 15 projects (with up to 5 elaborated projects investment analysis) that meet selection criterion to investors at Real Estate Investment World China 2006. All project summaries will be sent to registered potential investors well ahead of the conference. During the conference day, BAZO and project owners will present up to 5 cases, allowing sufficient time for questions and answers, making it the most effective platform for bridging a good range of quality projects to international investors with divest investment taste.
