Registration for the masterclass will be at 08:30; the masterclass will commence at 09:00 and conclude at 17:00. Morning and afternoon refreshments, as well as lunch, are scheduled into the day’s proceedings.

Introduction
It would be an understatement to say that the importance and use of mezzanine finance has increased significantly in recent years. After a huge growth in the last few years, mezzanine continues to attract new players and continues to expand. We now see a proliferation of lenders offering mezzanine financing and private equity funds are actively pursuing entry to the marketplace, all creating a high level of competition in the market. Deals are being scooped up, and the
aggressiveness to put money to work is not expected to die down any time soon. This workshop is designed for those who want a thorough training in the uses and application of mezzanine finance.
