Overcoming the challenges of working with CEE complex private clients

Larry is a Manager in the Tax Department of Deloitte Czech Republic. Larry has been living and working in the Czech Republic since 2002. Prior to that he was based in our Johannesburg office in South Africa. Larry specialises in tax planning for individuals, including high net worth individuals and internationally mobile employees. Anna Savon is a Manager in the Tax and Legal Department of Deloitte.  She has over ten years of experience in Big 4 accounting firms and banking institutions in Russia. She started her career in one of the Big Four companies.  Before joining Deloitte Anna worked in a Russian Bank for more than two years as tax advisor in a Tax department.  Anna specializes in personal taxation of private clients, including tax consulting services with regard to structuring of investment income, taxation of different types of securities and equity based programs, also rendering tax consulting services to banks, brokerage houses and other financial institutions.  She has extensive experience in taxation of banking and investment type products in accordance with Russian and international tax legislation.  Anna is actively involved in restructuring projects for Russian and multinational financial institutions, in tax structuring and review of investment and private banking businesses of Deloitte’s clients.  Anna has graduated from the Finance Academy of RF, where she received her Economics Degree.
