What can I expect from a Terrapinn event?

At Terrapinn, we spend a lot of time thinking about the “experience” we provide at our events. We strive to provide you, the sponsors, the optimum combination of interest/learning, fun/networking and more importantly, the ability to grow your business. 

 

Contact System - Opportunity to network pre, during and post event. Make contacts and schedule meetings prior to the event via our online contact system. This system is especially valuable to you as a sponsor or exhibitor. You can view the entire attendee list and cherry pick the attendees you most want to meet up with.

 

We set the right networking environment for you. This highly interactive tool means you touch base face-to-face with every other attendee within 50 minutes. What a relaxing way to break the ice!

What happens once I sign the sponsorship contract?

Once you endorse and return the contract, the Sponsorship Manager, Marijohn Sampson, is responsible to acknowledge receipt of the contract.

 

To further assist you in promoting your company to your clients/prospects, we will send copies of the official conference brochures (once they are printed) to your office for your dissemination. Alternatively, you may wish to utilize Terrapinn’s mailing house’s courier service. Please contact Marijohn Sampson to arrange for your client/prospect to each receive a copy of the conference brochure.


What are the payment term and conditions?

The payment term is 100% due within 30 days of the signing of the sponsorship contract


Upon signing of the contract:

(a) The sponsor is not permitted to cancel the contract except with the written consent of Terrapinn.

(b) Where there is an agreed cancellation permitted by paragraph (a) above, the sponsor shall pay to Terrapinn the amount, representing liquidated damages to compensate Terrapinn for all losses incurred as a result of the cancellation, as follows:-

(i) 80% of the contract price for cancellation made more than 6 months prior to the start date of the event; or
(ii) 100% of the contract price for cancellation made 6 months or less prior to the start date of the event.

If your internal accounting procedures/policies require purchase order numbers to be quoted on invoices, please ensure that a copy of the signed purchase order is attached to the signed contract.


How do I get my badge?

Pre-conference registration will start at 8am on Day One morning, 11th December 2006. Kindly proceed to the Terrapinn reception desk outside the conference room.
How do I send show materials to the event?

Sponsors and exhibitors should refer to the sponsor/exhibitor guide (usually disseminated by the Operations Manager 6 weeks prior to the event) for information on where and the deadline to send your exhibiting materials. If you have not received the sponsor/exhibitor guide 6 weeks prior to the event, kindly contact Marijohn Sampson at +65 6322 2776 or marijohn.sampson@terrapinn.com


How do I register guests who are utilizing my complimentary pass entitlement?

Kindly complete Form 1 in the sponsor/exhibitor guide. Please note that only completed forms will be processed. Incomplete forms will be rejected. Additional delegate passes are entitled to 15% discount.


How do I register exhibiting staff?

Kindly complete Form 3 in the sponsor/exhibitor guide. Please note that only completed forms will be processed. Incomplete forms will be rejected


Are there any discounts for my guests?

As a sponsor/exhibitor of the event, you are entitled to a 15% discount off the delegate registration fee


How do I get access to conference documents and presentation materials?

You can access the conference documents and presentation material via our online “CONTACT” system. You will receive via email your personal username and password for this system one week before the event.

 

Updated conference documents and presentation materials will be made available one week after the close of the event. You can access the “CONTACT” system with the same personal username and password after the event. 


How Do I get a copy of the attendee list/post-event report?

 

Yes, as our supporting partner (sponsor or exhibitor) of the event, we are please to share the attendees list with you. The attendees list will be compiled together in the post-event report and couriered to you 3 weeks following the close of the event.  If you have not received the post-event report in the 4th week following the close of the event, kindly contact kindly contact Marijohn Sampson +65 6322 2776 or marijohn.sampson@terrapinn.com
