Mr Cyrus Allen, General Manager, Telstra Product Management, Telstra Corporation
As GM Customer Experience Cyrus is responsible for ensuring Telstra products offer customers the best possible experience in line with Telstra's "oneclick" vision. Previously within Telstra Cyrus was Lead, i-mode and more recently lead Telstra's BigPond 3G initiative - the first real convergence offer encompassing mobile & broadband content services.
Prior to joining Telstra in early 2004, as Head of Global Content Alliances, Cyrus played a key role in the development and implementation of Sony Ericsson's world-wide content strategy where he built partnerships with some of the world's leading media and content brands. Cyrus also contributed strongly towards the collaboration activities of Sony's European operating companies as the 2002-03 Chair of Sony Europe's synergy initiative, EuroTop Ideas Committee.
Cyrus' previous experience includes global product and business management roles in Ericsson's former satellite business unit, as well as Product & Brand management activities in Ericsson Australia’s mobile operation. Cyrus brings a wealth of global new media and mobile content services knowledge as well as strong mobile consumer marketing and customer insight.

Mr Neal Anderson, Research Director, Ovum
Neal Anderson is Director of Asia-Pacific research at Ovum. Based in Melbourne, Australia, he manages a team of analysts and associate partners across the region. In addition to his management responsibilities, Neale is a Principal Analyst with a particular focus on the wireless industry. Fluent in Japanese, he has written extensively on the Japanese mobile sector, and is an expert on the lessons other markets can learn from advanced markets such as Japan. This has included detailed analysis of the i-Mode and Vodafone Live! business models, both in Japan and Europe. His specific areas of expertise include 3G and the wireless infrastructure and terminal markets. He has led several research programs assessing 3G business models in both Europe and Asia, and was lead author of the Ovum report ‘3: Brave New World’). He has also focused on the device and infrastructure strategy and plans of the major telecoms equipment vendors. Prior to moving to Australia, Neale was Service Manager of the Mobile@Ovum advisory service. A core Ovum offering, the service provides strategic advice to over 60 clients worldwide, including mobile operators, equipment vendors, and consultancies. Based in Ovum’s headquarters in London, he managed a global team, with analysts based in Seoul, Melbourne, Boston and London. Prior to joining Ovum, Neale worked for Icom Publishing, Centaur Communications and the Japanese Ministry of Education. He has a Bachelor degree from Oxford University and an MA in Advanced Japanese Studies from Sheffield University.

Prior to this, Sebastian was National Manager for the leading lifestyle website CitySearch®, which was acquired by Sensis in 2002. Sebastian has also previously held the position of Divisional Sales Manager at Sensis, leading a 170 strong Yellow Pages® and White Pages® sales division. Evette Cordy is the National Director of the Technology Sector for TNS Australia, managing a dedicated team of 14 researchers. TNS is one of the world’s leading market information groups with over 14,000 full-time employees across the world. Evette Cordy is experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research design and implementation. During her tenure at TNS, Evette has considerable experience in new product development research, covering issues such as 3G mobile adoption and usage, and assessing mobile needs in both developed and developing markets overseas. In addition, Evette has overseen comprehensive mobiles market tracking studies, both in Australia and overseas. In this role Evette is also responsible for managing the Australian component of the TNS Global Tech Insight. Evette Cordy holds a master's degree in Organisational Psychology from Monash University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Psychophysiology from Swinburne University. Mr Adrian Crouch, IPX Country Manager, Ericsson
After finishing a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Melbourne in 1997, Adrian joined Ericsson Australia's Melbourne based operations. Following this time in both customer sales and development units within Ericsson, Adrian took responsibility for the promotion of future home communication technologies/concepts such as Bluetooth, internet appliances and broadband access. Following this, Adrian spent 18 months based in Stockholm as a Product Manager within Ericsson's Home Communications product unit. After moving to Spain in 2001 where he worked as the CTO for a small company in Barcelona developing Bluetooth wireless headsets for mobile phones, he rejoined Ericsson Australia in 2003 where he worked as Market Development Manager and Technology Strategist within the marketing department before taking responsibility for Ericsson’s mobile messaging and billing service called IPX in Australia.

Jennifer Fellows is director and product manager of bcgi Access Management. Prior to joining bcgi in 2003, Jennifer held the role of director of global marketing for Excelergy Corporation, a provider of billing, customer care and trading software for the energy and utilities market. Her work experience also includes posts as director of strategic marketing for ADC's Software Systems Division (now Intec), where she led a global team focused on the product marketing and management for their billing and CRM software products; and director of product management and director of consulting at Lightbridge, Inc., a provider of customer acquisition, prepay and fraud management solutions. Since earning her bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Michigan State University, Jennifer has acquired more than 15 years of experience in wireless billing systems, CRM, Operational Support Systems software and telecommunications consulting. Robert joined the company in September 2004 and is responsible for heading the company's Asia Pacific operations. During his career, Robert has held senior business development roles with some of the worlds leading telecommunications companies. Most recently, he was part of the senior management team at Comverse Network Systems' Entertainment Division. Robert has expertise in all facets of value-added services for the telecommunications industry as well as having experience from both a platform and services perspective. Trevor has 20 years’ experience in high technology businesses. After studying Mechanical Engineering, he joined Cambridge Instruments as a technical consultant, developing applications for semiconductor processing equipment. After a period in the UK, he spent three years in the USA establishing their North American base. He returned to the UK to join Smallworld Systems, an early stage GIS company, where he was responsible for Business Development activities in Southern Europe, The Middle East and Africa. The company listed on NASDAQ in 1996 and were acquired by GE in 2000, at which time Trevor left to co-found a wireless Internet Radio start-up called Reciva. Following a spell at a VC and technology incubator organisation, Trevor joined Bango in 2005 to develop and deploy their global channel strategy.

Graham Gordon is General Manager - Wireless Consumer Data Services, effective 21 Jun 2004, reporting to Holly Kramer. In this role, Graham has accountability for the critical initiatives to lift Telstra's growth of wireless data. These include i-mode and the services delivery program. Graham has over 20 yrs experience in the telecommunications and defence industries. Graham joined Telstra in Oct 2001, as General Manager - Strategic Sourcing for Telstra OnAir ie. responsible for strategic sourcing for all Telstra's mobile activities. In early 2003 Graham became General Manager - Platforms & Channels. In this role he was responsible for sourcing applications, platforms, content and devices to leverage Telstra's network capabilities. In both roles Graham reported directly to Tom Pearson, Director - Corporate Sourcing. Before joining Telstra, Graham worked for various consultancy practices - including setting up Edgecom AB (an Ericsson consulting subsidiary) in Australia. He was also Director of Consultancy Services at SMS Consulting. In both roles Graham worked with operators across Asia Pacific including Telstra, GMCC, Globe and AIS. Whilst at SMS Consulting, Graham was Program Manager for Telstra's CDMA program. In this role Graham managed the contractual relationship with the prime vendor (Nortel) and all program governance elements of this complex national project, on behalf of Telstra. Prior to this Graham worked in the defence industry, with major defence contractors; and before that was a communications and weapon systems engineer in the Royal Australian Airforce. Graham has a Diploma in Electronics Engineering (Communications), Diploma in Adult Teaching, Bachelor of Education; and has attended the Australian Graduate School of Management General Manager Program, and Harvard Negotiation Program.

Mark has over 10 years experience in the media and telecommunications market, working in blue-chip companies in London, Johannesburg, Dublin and Madrid. Prior to moving to Optus, Mark held the position of Head of Internet Content and Services at Telewest Broadband in London, where he was responsible for Telewest’s Internet customer portals and content partnerships serving nearly 1 million Internet (650,000+ broadband) customers. Key achievements include leading European and US content partner deals with the BBC, Real Networks, Virgin/ EMI Music, Google and Sony Entertainment. Mark launched the UK’s first rich media portal, “blueyonder TV”, which aggregates streaming content from leading content providers like the BBC, Discovery Channel, Living, Bravo and High TV. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Strategy Manager at Accenture for five years, and as a Senior Manager of Business Development at Xtempus, a London-based mobile Internet and software provider. Mark is currently the General Manager for Content & Portals at Optus.

Chris Noone, Group Mobile Director, Ninemsn
In 1997 Chris established the Asia Pacific operations for video game publishers MicroProse and Hasbro Interactive and in 2000 moved to the UK as Commercial Director for Hasbro Interactive’s International operations. Chris moved to Vodafone and its Vizzavi portal, a €1.6 billion Europe-wide joint venture with Vivendi. Chris was responsible for the development of a co-ordinated pan-European games strategy including mobile, interactive TV and online and as Head of Business Development and Content was responsible for all mobile content areas. Chris later became Managing Director of the London-based IMG/TWI owned television producer, Gamer.tv, where he grew the television production side of the business and launched successful mobile video services with Europe’s leading mobile operators and pioneered the creation of Mobile Game Trailers. Following a return to Australia in late 2005, Chris is now Group Mobile Director for ninemsn.

Michael Padden, Head of Mobile Content, Telstra
Michael leads Telstra's mobile content initiatives for Telstra i-mode and Telstra BigPond Mobile. In this role he is responsible for the planning and rollout of Telstra’s content services portfolio and for partnership management and commercial engagement with the media and content industry. Most recently he was responsible for Telstra's BigPond and 3G content launches and prior to that launched the i-mode content portfolio where Telstra not only launched i-mode into the market in record time but also launched with the largest portfolio of content (165 sites) of any i-mode launch since the original DoCoMo launch. In his five years at Telstra Michael has had various roles in developing the consumer data business from WAP to interactive SMS. Prior to joining Telstra Michael worked for large and small content and media business including several years at Fairfax where he helped establish a range of consumer online services as well as establish their b2b activities with the real estate sector. An internet pioneer as the co-founder of the PUMP internet development group, Michael has also developed content services for CompuServe and Microsoft Networks in the early 90s.

Thierry A. Raymaekers, Managing Director, Marketing Asia-Pacific, Irdeto
Thierry A. Raymaekers joined Irdeto Access in July 1999 as General Manager North Asia, based in Beijing, and has been ever since building up Irdeto’s local operations in becoming market leader in China’s broadcasting industry. Upon establishment of Irdeto Access Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. in 2002, he was appointed as General Manager, Greater China – Sales and Marketing. Dan Rosen, CEO & Founder, Nomad NetworX
Dan is the CEO and founder of Nomad NetworX, a leader in the acquisition creation and distribution of mobile Adult content. Nomad specialises in the development of premium Adult msites for some of the world’s best-known Adult brands including Club Jenna and PRIVATE. It’s exclusive cornerstone property, Club Jenna 3G, is progressively being rolled out across Hutchison’s 3 mobile network globally, following a successful Australian launch in November 2005.
Before founding Nomad, Dan was the Australian Head of Adult Entertainment for 3 mobile where he developed and drove 3’s Adult Entertainment strategy. The portfolio of high-revenue products included Chat, Dating and Age Restricted services - the latter of which is known as “Premier” and features leading mobile content from the likes of Playboy.
Whilst at Hutchison Dan lead the development of Australia’s only commercially deployed Mobile Age Verification System - the PVS. This restricted access system allowed 3 to enter a commercially attractive category whilst, at the same time, meeting the expectations of shareholders, management and the community alike.
