Dirk Donath joined Eton Park Capital Management as Managing Director, responsible for Eton Park’s private equity and illiquid investments in Emerging Markets. Eton Park is a global, multi-disciplinary investment fund that initiated activities in November 2004. With offices in New York and London, the firm has a capital base of over US$5.5 billion. Prior to joining Eton Park, Dirk was a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Pegasus Capital. Pegasus is a principal investment firm focused on distressed private equity, turnarounds and restructurings in Latin America. Before founding Pegasus, Dirk was a Partner of McKinsey & Company and was based out of the Mercosur Office in Buenos Aires. Dirk was head of McKinsey’s Latin American Consumer Goods and Retail Practice and also a leader of the Latin American Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice. He originally joined McKinsey in 1988 and previously worked in the New York, London and Madrid offices.
Dirk is also the Founder and Creator of FarmaCity, the leading retail pharmacy chain in Argentina with over 78 outlets, revenues of $700 million and over 2,200 employees. At FarmaCity, Dirk was Chairman and served on the Board of Directors. Dirk is also on the Board of the Latin American Advisor of the Inter-American Dialogue.
Dirk graduated with honors from Yale University with a BA in Economics (with distinction) and studied international relations at Oxford University in England. He received an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

Fernando X. Donayre CFA, CPA – Mr. Donayre is the Chief Investment Officer and founder of INCA Investments, LLC, a Latin American investment management firm based in Miami. INCA Investments has approximately US$150 million in assets under management in long biased and hedged mandates. Before founding INCA Investments, Mr. Donayre was employed by Zephyr Management, L.P. from 1996 through 2003. At Zephyr he was the sole portfolio manager for the Zephyr Latin America Fund since its inception in 1997. Mr. Donayre continues to manage the investment strategy of the Zephyr Latin American Fund via INCA Management’s subadvisory role. From 1994 through 1996, Mr. Donayre was the Director of Research at Globalvest Management, which at the time was the largest Latin American specialty investment manager in the world. From 1988 through 1994 he was in charge of international and emerging market equity investments for the Investments Department of FPL Group.

Mr. Donayre is a native of Peru and also lived in Mexico for six years. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Public Accountant and received his M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Florida. Mr. Donayre is a long-time student of the Latin American markets and has published a variety of articles on the subject including “Investing in Latin America: Good Idea, Bad Time?” in the Journal of Investments (Summer 1994) and “Latin America: History Repeats?” in Benefits and Pension Monitor (Summer 1995).

Michael P. Hennessy is Managing Director at Morgan Creek Capital Management, an investment and advisory firm serving high net worth and endowment and foundation clients. Mr. William Jedwab managed the proprietary treasury desks of major commodity trading and financial houses. He is also the Managing Director of BM&F (USA) Inc., the U.S. wholly owned subsidiary of BM&F, established to promote, market and represent the parent company internationally. Liliana Rojas-Suarez is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Global Development. She is also the President of the Latin American Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee. From March 1998 to October 2000, she served as Managing Director and Chief Economist for Latin America at Deutsche Bank. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Ms. Rojas-Suarez was the Principal Advisor in the Office of Chief Economist at the Inter-American Development Bank. Between 1984 and 1994 she held various positions at the International Monetary Fund, most recently as Deputy Chief of the Capital Markets and Financial Studies Division of the Research Department.
She has been a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for International Economics and has also served as a Professor at Anahuac University in Mexico and an Advisor for PEMEX, Mexico’s National Petroleum Company. Ms. Rojas-Suarez has also testified before a Joint Committee of the US Senate on the issue of dollarization in Latin America.
In her different capacities as well as an independent consultant, Ms. Rojas-Suarez has advised a large number of governments, banks, corporations and international organizations throughout the world. Ms. Rojas-Suarez has published widely in the areas of financial markets, macroeconomic policy and international economics. There, he was responsible for the on-shore asset allocation and products. Mr. Vieira left GPS and joined the Safdié Group in December, 2005. He holds a BA in business administration and post-graduate degree in finance from Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). He undertook an MBA program at Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management in Phoenix, AZ. Mr. Vieira is member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Sigma Iota and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies.

Wendy C. Warren is the second Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB), an organization devoted to increasing the quantity and quality of financial
services in The Bahamas.

She began her professional career in 1988 with one of the big four accounting firms. Since this time she has held senior positions in a global
private banking institution and a niche provider of fund services. She was
also a former Director of the Bahamas Electricity Corporation.
Ms. Warren joined the Bahamas Financial Services Board on February 1st,
2001, after having served as a member of its Board of Directors from 1998
to 2000.
Ms. Warren is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors Degree in
Accounting from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Canada.
