The objectives of the workshop will give ICT businesses a practical understanding of how Government procurement works and an insight into the key success factors for working Government.
The interactive sessions will cover:
- Understanding the government market and doing your homework
- Responding to the opportunity and maximising tender process outcomes
- Negotiating, contracting and relationship management with government
About your workshop leader:
Judy Hurditch, Director, Intermedium Judy Hurditch has a career which spans senior roles in Commonwealth and State government, in management, consulting and in government business development management. Her company, Intermedium advises ICT companies on how to more effectively sell their services and products to governments in Australia. It publishes an annual series of research reports on the federal government ICT market, conducts commissioned research and runs Masterclass level ‘selling to government’ training programs. Intermedium also assists ICT companies with tender responses and drafting of white papers for the government market.
Course times and documentation: Registration starts at 8:30. The workshop will commence at 9:00am and finish at 1:00pm. Morning tea will be provided. Participants will receive comprehensive documentation including all presentation material.
