Government departments such as the Department of Family and Community Services and the Australian Drug and Sport Agency are seeing the benefits of enterprise document, records and content management.
This includes increased organisational efficiency, enhanced customer response, improved corporate accountability and transparency. Most importantly, it has allowed organisations to be more customercentric in service delivery – a key outcome of many government department and agencies.

- Evaluating your organisation background – whatare the barriers to implementation
- Considering legal implications – what are records?
- Allocating adequate resources and effort
- Designing the architecture, data schema to capture all the critical information across the organisation
- Managing the change within the organisation for the new EDRMS solution
- Planning the project stages and managing risks along the way
Course times and documentation: Registration starts at 8:30am. The course will commence at 9:00am and finish at 4:30pm with appropriate breaks for morning tea, luncheon and afternoon tea. Participants will receive a comprehensive documentation including all presentation material.
