Mr Coleman contributes over two decades of expertise in trading commodities, specifically natural rubber and petroleum. His 19-year career with the commodities giant Cargill spanned London, Singapore and San Francisco, culminating in top position as inter alia managing director of Cargill's Asia Pacific Energy Division and Head of Cargill's Global Natural Rubber trading business. He left Cargill in 2001 to form U Derivatives, a proprietary trader of natural rubber, in conjunction with Marubeni of Japan. He established Aisling Analytics in May 2004. He is also director of several hedge funds managed by Sisu Capital and of the Merchant Commodity Fund, managed by Aisling Analytics.

A graduate of Exeter College Oxford, Mike has lived in Singapore since 1984. He is former director of the Singapore Commodity Exchange, and is a former chairman of The Singapore Chamber of Commerce Rubber Association.

Amanda joined Portfolio Partners in 2006 as Manager of Sustainability and product
champion for the new Portfolio Partners Long/Short Sustainability Trust.
In this role, Amanda researches how listed companies manage sustainability and
governance risks and the potential impact on share price performance. This
information is then used to construct the fund.
Amanda represents Portfolio Partners as Deputy Chair on the Australia and New
Zealand Investors Group on Climate Change.
Prior to joining Portfolio Partners Amanda was with BT Financial Group in their
Governance Advisory Service. The Governance Advisory Service acts on behalf of
major superannuation funds and researches social, environmental and corporate
governance risks across the S&P/ASX200 index.
Amanda also acted as secretariat for the development of the Australian Federal
Government report on Sustainability from an Investors Perspective: The Mays
Report and has since provided input to national and international initiatives on
sustainability in the finance sector including the United Nations Finance Initiative
report, Who Cares Wins.
Prior to BT, Amanda was a Business Manager with FuturePlus (the financial
planning business of the Local Government & Public Authorities Superannuation
Scheme).
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Economics with honours in International Relations and
is has undertaken post-graduate studies in Finance Markets and Investment.
Amanda is a keen cyclist, and has competed at the National level representing NSW
and the University of Sydney in the Australian road titles and the University Games.

Simeon works broadly in the field of sustainability and corporate environmental responsibility, with specific expertise in the capitalisation and commercialisation of eco-technologies. Simeon was a co-Founder and co-Director of the Australian Biodiesel Consultancy, now listed as the Australian Biodiesel Group (ABJ), one of Australia's largest biodiesel producers. Prior to that, Simeon co-founded and co-managed Resnik Communications, a conference company specialising in presenting thought leadership to superannuation funds and financial advisers. Simeon was a member of the United Nations Environment Programme's SRI advisory board in Australia, has a degree in Arts and Law from the University of NSW and has completed a Vincent Fairfax Fellowship.

Lyndon is a third generation farmer in the Pampas district near Millmerran, Queensland, Australia. He has been farming for 35 years. Together with his wife Lyndelle, they have two properties with a total of 680 hectares. Crops grown include sorghum, cotton, corn, soybeans, wheat, barley and chick peas.

Lyndon has been involved in the grains industry at various levels for 25 years, including what was previously the Queensland Grain Growers Association and now AgForce Grains. He has been an AgForce Grains Director from the Central Downs Region for 4 years and now Grains president for just over one year.

He believes that the technological advancements in farming systems and new markets will hold the grains industry in good stead. Renewable fuels and in particular ethanol from grain is a key part of new markets for grain producers. Lyndon sees this as a critical part of promoting farmers as having a true green, sustainable and environmental image by being able to grow and produce renewable fuel for everyone’s benefit. His passion is to have a grains industry that will continue to add value to Australia’s economy.

Prior to Academic Systems, Bill was a senior executive at several early stage, venture-backed technology companies, including The Learning Company, which was the leading developer of educational software in the United States before its acquisition in 1994, and Infa Technologies, a pen-based computer company that developed many of the concepts underlying the Newton and Palm devices. Stephen Schuck has been the Bioenergy Australia Manager since mid 1997. Steve's background has been mainly in the electricity supply industry with experience in the construction industry and in consulting.He commenced his career at ESKOM in South Africa before taking up employment with Pacific Power in 1980, where he worked in a variety of engineering and management positions until taking up a senior management post in private industry in 1996. In 1997 he started his own consultancy, Stephen Schuck and Associates, in which he specialises in sustainable energy sources. He spends most of his time managing the Bioenergy Australia.
Steve's interests are in all forms of new and alternative energy sources, with his current assignment as Bioenergy Australia Manager providing the opportunity for gaining expertise in biomass and biomass energy. Greg has over 26 years' experience in the commodity industry that began in London in 1980 at the International Commodities Clearing House. December 2004 he moved on to establish his own commodity management company, Global Commodities Limited. Mr Stroud holds Bachelor of Science degree from Sydney University and Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Macquarie University. He is a founding director of Natural Fuel. He has spent the last six years working in the biodiesel industry in Australia, Europe and the United States. He is the conceptual developer, founding and substantial shareholder of a significant European biodiesel business that listed on the Alternative Investment Market in London in June 2004. He brings a strong technical and commercial background, together with experience in the biodiesel industry.
Mr Stroud also has extensive commercial and financial experience, having worked for over 10 years with an international merchant bank in Sydney. In the subsequent 10 years Mr Stroud held a number of directorships on various boards, including publicly listed mining and manufacturing companies.


Mr Garth Symington,

Garth is the General Manager of the Australian Petroleum Agents and Distributors Association, (APADA) and has held this position for the past 7 years. APADA is the industry organisation representing petroleum distributors, and is registered under the Workplace Relations Act, with its primary role being that of promoting and protecting the interests of its members in their relationships with oil companies, governments, unions, consumers and the media. This role also entails representing the membership on the numerous federal and state committees and inquiries that seem to `plague` the industry.

Prior to that time, he had spent some 30 years in the oil industry, with Mobil Oil Australia Ltd, many of which were in senior management roles throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific region. He has been involved in the distributor, retail and aviation business at all levels during that period, and has represented the industry on many occasions on both industry and government enquiries and reviews.

He is originally from South Australia, now lives in Melbourne, and is married with 3 grown up sons, and enjoys, golf, swimming, in fact all sports, and is a member of the North Balwyn Rotary Club.
