About your leaders

Gerd Pontius is Executive Director and one of the founders of the Airpas Aviation Ag. As a business consultant he has over 15 years experience in the Aviation Industry and has supported international
airlines like Lufthansa, Thomas Cook, Britannia Airways, Hapag-Lloyd Express etc.

Roland Taylor has been working primarily in airline management positions since 1975. Since 1990 Roland Taylor has been responsible for major cost cutting and consolidation exercises. Presently Roland Taylor has the function of Director Operations Management within the TUI Airline Management Group.

Martin Hardy is an experienced project manager who has spent more than 9 years within the airline industry in a variety of senior financial management positions, and more recently leading a number of strategic change and cost cutting programmes within the TUI group.
