Masterclass objectives
It is routine for most aviation organisations to lose up to 3.5% of turnover on costs associated with mistakes arising from human error. The mistakes, and therefore the costs, are all totally avoidable. Implementation of a Human Factors strategy has been mandated for aviation organisations by the worlds’ aviation legislatory bodies. However, the implementation of an EFFECTIVE Human Factors strategy can have a dramatic improvement on a company’s profits and performance. Interested? You should be! This informative and interactive workshop will give an understanding of what needs to be achieved, and what can be achieved, in order to ensure that your company complies with legislation and at the same time saves a significant, if not crucial amount of money. Practical exercises, case studies, video analysis combined with the principles of Human Error should leave you with a clear understanding of the way ahead for your organisation. This workshop is not a cost – it’s a saving!
